This amazing property has just completed a 5 star renovation with new tile floors, surfaces, cabinets, appliances, flat screen TV's in the living and bedroom area, new pull out couch and updated furnishings make this condo one of a kind!

The Whaler beach front location with waterfront pool and spa is world class and located on Kaanapali beach consistently rated the best beach in Hawaii, and recently rated number four beach in the world by Trip Adviser! Whalers village shopping center is next door with many great restaurants and world class shopping.. A short stroll along the beachfront walk will take you by the Westin, Marriott, Hyatt, and Sheraton at black rock with all of their many amenities.

Golfing is across the street with two championship courses at your doorstep. You can't beat this location!

This condo boasts a new kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and surfaces. The bedroom has a king bed, large closet with safe for your valuables and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and two sinks. Also included is a full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry area. The view lanai has a table with four chairs and two lounge chairs to enjoy the spectacular views of the Island of Lanai and the beautiful Au'au channel, a breeding habitat for the humpback whales. It faces the inner courtyard koi ponds and lawn to enjoy while having dinner or just reading a book.

Please note there is an additional $33 per day, plus Hi tax, resort fee payable to the front desk on arrival. This includes parking, beach towels, beach chairs, tennis, pickle ball, sauna and gym access.

Relaxing Stay at the Whaler

We love this property and have been here before, although this specific unit was new to us. It is a lovely, fully renovated unit and has all of the touches of home. I traveled with my children (20, 16 and 11) and they had a great time as well. The building is in a great location and close to all amenities. All of the resorts in that area are adjacent to one another so you can walk up and down the beach and explore a lot. The only gripe from my kids is that the trundle / pullout in the living room was not very comfortable, so I would not put older kiddos / adults on the pullout. The host was very welcoming, kind and responsive and I actually got to meet her in person before we left. We love this place and we will be back. Thank you!

Fantastic!

We have stayed at 5 star properties all over the world and travelled extensively for business- this is our #1 favourite accommodation. The unit is beautifully decorated and well appointed; property management first class. The balcony alone, with sun exposure most of the day, is almost as large as sq footage of hotel rooms at the Westin resort. The location of the Whaler is ideal for the right mix of beach, perfectly landscaped grounds, and steps away from shopping and restaurants.

Fantastic Place!

This place was great all the way around. Well appointed, clean, great property and location! Owner had great communication and was easy to interact with. I wish they had a second one with 2 bedrooms to enjoy with friends, but we will be back to this location if we find ourselves back on Maui.

BEST PLACE IN KAANAPALI

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property exceeded our expectations and this is the 3rd condo we have stayed in at The Whaler. The condo had EVERYTHING you will need. It has a perfect layout, all the amenities, very clean and well stocked. We look forward to staying here during our next visit!

Great stay at the Whaler

This is the best of the four Whaler units we have stayed in (so far). Love the location. The remodel and furnishings are top notch. We even used the beach umbrella that was on the lanai. Cindy was extremely helpful in getting us set up for our stay. We hope we’ll be able to return to 519 in the future. Mahalo.

Wow!

This newly remolded unit is stunning! Everything is top notch. The location is wonderful - we saw so many whales from the balcony. Cindy, the manager, is friendly and helpful. She will do anything to help if you have a need. Don't worry about bringing basics on the first day (other than coffee). Toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods all provided. We would love to stay here again.

Best of Maui! 🌺

This was my family’s first trip to The Whaler, and I’m SO glad we found it! We absolutely loved our stay here, and Cindy, the property manager was instrumental in securing this, as well as helping us throughout our stay. We were surprised by how great the amenities were, having come from a full service resort before our stay here. There are beach chairs, and umbrellas, some to rent and some complementary. The condo is fantastic, great views, and very comfortable. Favorite part is sleeping with the slider open and listening to the ocean waves all night long. The location is amazing, with Whaler’s Village right next door, for great food and shopping. Black Rock is a short walk down the beach too. Cannot wait to plan our return!

Kaanapali Condo delivers!

We had a great stay in the condo was just like advertised. Very comfortable master bed open living area and kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our lanai and the view morning and evenings.

Maui Marathon Trip

I booked this unit while going to the island for the Maui Marathon, it was conveniently located near the starting line. The unit was beautiful with an incredible location surrounded by shops, restaurants and the grocery store. I enjoyed many home cooked meals with fruits from the farmers markets on the huge patio. The views were stunning. The staff were were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to booking again next April!

Comfortable and beautiful view!

Cindy was very easy to communicate with, friendly and accommodating. We don’t usually get to meet the owners or managers so it was a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets from the convenient tables in the bbq area. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Loved everything about this condo!

The property is gorgeous. The unit is large, well appointed and in the perfect location. Right next to Whalers Village, lots of shops and restaurants. Whale Watching, Snorkeling and Sunset tours pick you up right on beach near The Whaler. We can’t wait to come back!

This Ocean View Unit Doesn’t Disappoint!

We love the Whaler! Cindy was an Awesome host! She is very prompt to answer emails and questions you have. The unit was very nice, clean and well appointed. I think it looks much better in person than the photos depict! This unit is very close to the elevator for those who don't want a long walk. We had zero problems finding garage parking. Loved that Cindy makes sure the unit has cleaning supplies and laundry detergent as well as a nice selection of spices, oils and cooking utensils. The King-size bed is very comfortable, and my husband loved the strong shower head and endless hot water! We got to meet Cindy and John while we were there, and Cindy truly is the Whaler Ambassador! You won't regret booking this unit!

Would stay again!

My husband and daughter and I stayed for a week in Cindy's unit and it had everything we needed. Having a kitchen and the grills on the grounds was so important because we like the ease of eating our own food on the lanai. Best view of the beach! My husband also liked seeing the mountains to the left. The waves put on quite a show for us this week so it was nice to have such a wonderful view. This location is perfect for getting picked up for boating excursions, snorkeling at Black Rock or shopping at Whaler's Village. The grounds are very well maintained and always look beautiful We also enjoyed having a washer and dryer - those came in very handy. Lovely unit - we would definitely stay again. Thanks Cindy for everything!

Super Nice!

We will definitely stay here again! Steps to the pool, beach, shops, shave ice, gelato, coffee stands, luaus, dinner sails, snorkel sails, golf, and more. Loved the well placed outdoor showers to get all of the beach sand off before going to condo. The kitchen had all of the equipment that we needed to make meals and snacks. My grandson liked the beach straw hat so much that he bought one just like it to take home. The washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient. The parking in the basement garage was also very convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a great vacation.

Fabulous stay!

Thanks Cindy for an amazing time! We loved our stay in room 519. It's always a bonus when a unit has beach items. This one had 4 chairs, coolers, umbrella, and snorkel gear. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking plus lots of spices. Great view from lanai...spend every morning on it with coffee and every evening with a cocktail! Washer and dryer in the unit, that was really great to have. There are lots of books to borrow if you are a reader. Cindy was wonderful and so helpful. We'd definitely stay again :)

Amazing Place In Kanapali/La’Haina

I cannot say enough great things about this property. Great location, spacious, has absolutely everything you will need, super clean, great view and comfy relaxing vibe. The host was extremely fast with responses and helped us out in a pinch when some of our travel plans changed. Absolutely delightful and hope to come back soon.

Excellent Property

Great place for a family of 4+!Condo has everything as other reviews. Zero issues, 5* for the view, laundry, fans and water pressure! Best location, between Black Rock and Whalers Village you have everything that is needed for great beach days, just watch for the turtles. The 6 grills (spotless) could save family’s from the restaurants it’s 10 min from Foodland and Safeway. Cindy’s condo, Turo Kuuleilani’s car, Whalers grounds, Kapalua zip lines, Tamura‘s poke’ 5*.
