The place was perfect for two people. We did not use the pool or hot tub due to lack of time. Nonetheless, the place was clean, easy to find and very close to everything. Highly recommended

The property was clean. It is connected to the side of the house. You do have your own parking spot in the driveway and access to the pool. Not far from Manasota Beach and other beaches around the area!

Room was clean, comfortable and up to date modern fixtures and had everything we needed for our stay. Host was polite and courteous. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean and has all you need. Communication was great and easy in and out. The only thing is dont shower with door open or the fire alarm gies off! Better than not i guess! Definitely recommend

The host was extremely welcoming and we were impressed with the room and amenities! Beautifully designed and updated !! Tony was so personable and when we didn’t come home one night ( bc we stayed with friends) he messaged us just to make sure we were okay. Love that!! Would definitely recommend!’

Beautiful Space with high ceilings and the comfiest pillows ever. Excellent hot tub and very attentive host. Make sure you use the fan and keep the door closed when taking a shower as it can set off the smoke detector.

This room is brand new, super clean and gorgeous! Everything you would need for a stay. The essentials for showering were top of the line and so nice. They provided enough cold bottled water and coffee for all of my days there. The bed was super comfortable! Very quiet area. The best part is that it's just a few min from a beautiful beach! The host Tony was super fast in all of his responses and super helpful. My only feedback would be for them to provide a "book" of things to do, the wifi information, and checkout procedures....so that guests don't have to bother him! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to getaway to a beach without the huge price of being on the beach. I will definitely go back!! Thanks for a wonderful spring break....wish you could have made the weather warmer...haha!...I can't speak to the hot tub because I didn't have the extra money to pay to use it...not included fyi.
