Welcome To Our Vermont Guest Apartment!

Our apartment is a non-smoking home, located on a non-smoking* property. The apartment is recently constructed within our newly constructed garage. Private entrance in side yard. Apartment consists of one bedroom with queen size bed and closet, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and bar style seating, living room with sofa bed and a full bathroom which contains a washer and dryer. The space also contains an additional sleeping loft with a queen bed. It is new and has a cozy yet contemporary feel!
The property is centrally located- less than three miles from Lake Champlain , the University of Vermont and downtown Burlington. We're 30 minutes from Bolton Valley, 45 minutes from Stowe and Smuggs, and 50 minutes from Sugarbush. Hiking, skiing, and lakefront sunsets are all in close proximity!

*Smoking includes tobacco and cannabis products as well as e-cigarettes . In addition to not smoking on our property , we ask that guests do not smoke on or in front of our neighbors' homes. Additional fees will be imposed if guests violate our non-smoking policy.

Perfect home while away from home

Such a great, quiet spot to call "home" for a few days. Great location, quiet, clean, and well-equipped for anything you could need. We will absolutely look to stay here again when visiting the area in the future.

Great place to stay.

We really enjoyed this cozy, well appointed apartment. It was clean, very private and had many amenities that made the stay very comfortable. Communication was easy and the host very friendly. We would definitely rent here again.

Mini Honeymoon/Babymoon

We stayed in Burlington for 2 nights and this location was perfect. Very close to town and not too far away from the hike we wanted to do. Very clean and lots of amenities. It felt like we were home.

Great hosts in a peaceful location

Amy and Brent were very accommodating hosts for our family getaway! We stayed in their apartment with an infant and a toddler and had all that we needed. The house is walkable to various parks and businesses and just a short drive to Burlington. The space inside is clean with a well stocked kitchen and the yard is a nice bonus!

Weekend away

We had an amazing weekend in Burlington. Amy and Brent were fantastic hosts. Even with a surprise snow storm they were very flexible with our plans and willing to accommodate us. Plenty of space and nice to have a full kitchen to be able to cook breakfast in the morning. We hope to return and use them again in the future.

Beautiful apartment close to many attractions

This apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The hosts thought of everything you may need for your stay and did a wonderful job communicating with us. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The location is perfect for adventures to Burlington, South Hero, Shelburne, and many other amazing areas of Vermont. The hosts provided many great recommendations for restaurants, ice-cream shops, hikes, and beautiful sunsets. We had a wonderful time and would love to stay here again!

Burlington Base Camp

Conveniently located just outside of downtown Burlington, this little apartment had everything we needed for Marathon weekend. We appreciated the washer/dryer, full kitchen with stocked Keurig, and a spacious step in shower. Normally we look for a place that is right near all the action but this location worked great. The drive into town is an easy 10 minutes with ample parking in town. It wasn't a big deal at all to spend the day in town, come back to the apartment, nap, get cleaned up, then back into town for dinner. I think one day we took a total of 3 trips into town.

Perfect, Quick stay!

My family decided to come up from the south and explore Vermont and New Hampshire, and this was our favorite stay of the trip! The apartment is just minutes away from everything we did while in Burlington. The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to prepare us for any issues we may run into before we made it to Vermont (they knew we were hiking and may face possible road closures). They were even so sweet to offer us a place to hang out and stay again as we were traveling during the July airport issues and knew delays/cancellations could happen at any time. They provided so much information about local restaurants and activities that made it easy to find so many things to do. Our daughter (age 8) loved the loft and thought she had the coolest spot to herself. Everything was so clean and you can tell they are very mindful of anything their guests may need while staying in their beautiful home.

Great apartment - very nice quiet neighborhood location close to Burlington and all the area has to offer. Hosts are great and couldn’t be any more accommodating! Would stay here every time we are in Burlington if it were available.

A Home Far From Home!

Wonderful experience at our VRBO! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfy with a nice size living room area to hang out in. Great morning walks. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay!

This had to be one of the most well-done places I've stayed at. The space was decorated nicely, was in a great, convenient location, had everything you could need, and was incredibly organized. There was an extremely comprehensive binder with information on anything you could want. Amy & Brent were great hosts. They reached out to make sure check in went smoothly. The power went out briefly while we weren't there, and they even reached out to let us know so we wouldn't be alarmed when we saw the blinking clocks when we returned. They really go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome. Would 100% stay here again.

Our stay was just perfect. Amy stayed in contact both before and during the stay and was super helpful. They have thought of everything when it comes to what might be needed during the stay. Temperature and beds were comfortable and everything was super clean and organized. This will be my first choice for stays in Burlington.

First class across the board. Without a doubt, the best VRBO accommodations we’ve ever enjoyed. Amy and Brent were wonderful hosts. Great communication and availability. We built this property so that the grandparents could visit our children during trips to the area. The "apartment" has its own entrance, "sleeping loft", a yard and, in the winter, a skating rink!
