The space
This private, first-floor 1-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a cozy queen pullout couch in the living room. Step inside through your own private first floor entrance to the mudroom—perfect for kicking off your shoes and hanging jackets—before settling into the inviting living space, complete with a comfy couch and TV for a relaxing night in.

A half wall separates the open-concept kitchen, giving you plenty of space to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together. Just to the left of the living room, you’ll find the bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed and easy access to the full bathroom.

Whether you’re exploring Burlington’s vibrant Church Street, relaxing by Lake Champlain, or hitting the slopes in winter, this cozy retreat is the perfect spot to unwind. We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was a short walk to Church Street but was far enough away to be quiet. The off street parking was a plus and the apartment was very cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Rob was super accommodating when I needed to change my reservation at the last minute and communication was clear and easy. I downgraded because of millipedes in sink and tub and, in the morning, I found a hair tie in the sheets that was not mine.

All was excellent! Slight snafu upon arrival, but all was taken care of immediately !! Excellent service and attention to details, wonderful instructions through out. Especially enjoyed the turntable with the Frank Sinatra LPs!! Very convienent to the Marketplace and waterfront activities.

Well stocked, clean property

The apartment was well appointed with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Nice touch of dog bowls for pet that was welcome. Very good location to walk to town. When AC went out overnight, owner responded quickly with a new unit in the morning. My only caveat is that while there is a sofa bed for use in the living room space, when it is open, you cannot exit the bedroom and the one bathroom is accessible from the bedroom only. So we had to climb over the open sofabed during the night. So this unit would be best for a couple in the bedroom only.

The location was great for walking down to Church Street and all things downtown. Rob was very quick with communication and was able to set us up with an early check-in. Highly recommend!

Small but functional one bedroom in a great location! My husband and I visited Burlington with our dog to celebrate our anniversary, and this was an affordable and cozy option. Cozy and art-filled

We loved Rob and Allison’s place! We wanted a cozy, comfortable spot within walking distance of downtown, and that’s exactly what we got. The whole vibe was welcoming—we were especially fans of the artwork that filled the apartment. Luckily, neither of us needed to work during our stay, but if we had, the “office” in the entry hall was set up perfectly for those needs. We also really appreciated the “small” things: plentiful coat hooks and towel racks; a variety of lighting/lamp options; fun dishware in the kitchen. Our hosts were extremely communicative via “notes” left throughout the apartment, and they responded quickly to questions. We’d absolutely consider staying here again the next time we’re in the area.
