We loved staying in this cozy, well appointed, and simply-but-tastefully decorated cabin in a beautiful and peaceful location! The hosts were a pleasure to interact with. We would love to come back!

We had a great stay here! The house is beautifully renovated, with tasteful and useful design choices. The kitchen is large and well appointed. The location was great for us— in the quaint and quiet little town of Mill River, a short walk to river swims, a bike ride away from water falls and hikes, and a short drive to all the things we wanted to do in the Berkshires. We fell asleep listening to sounds of the river each night. The owners are warm and attentive hosts. We plan to come back.

You've found it! The most delightful cottage, clean, extremely well-equipped, in a great location for a Berkshires stay.Wonderful host who does everything to make your stay comfortable and responds immediately if anything is needed. The heat /AC and all appliances work, everything provided is high quality, and the property is lovely to enjoy both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend!

Our July stay in Jackson 's New Marlborough home was delightfully relaxing. Impeccably clean, the home is surrounded by tall trees. There's a movie-perfect creek that you cross on the way to the nearby public library. The appliances are all top notch and the kitchen is well stocked. The host supplied us with paper goods, soaps and shampoo. He answers any questions or concerns you have promptly. He clearly cares about your comfort and well being and is a genuinely nice person!The beds are wonderful as is the shower. Friends visited us for a week, and they enjoyed the large upstairs bedroom with private bath.We enjoyed the location. Many Berkshire attractions are within an easy thirty minute car ride. We enjoyed the Norman Rockwell Museum, Edith Wharton's The Mount, and the Clark Museum and Williams College Art Museum both in Williamstown. There's nearby Great Barrington for shopping with a variety of restaurants from casual to upscale. Jackson's home is a wonderful base for a memorable Berkshire vacation! It's a special place in a very special spot!

We absolutely loved having Lois and Walter as guests in our home. They were very respectful of the space and accommodating when we needed to access the house for maintenance. They always gave us helpful intel and kept the space clean and organized. We would love to have them back.
