Overall, this is a great place to stay. Perfect for a couple. We were in town visiting the University and this was a short commute. The place is beautifully decorated, cozy, and a comfortable place to stay with all the amenities. There is an oddly high number of knick-knacks and linens stored everywhere. I did have to take linens out of the dresser drawer so that I could put my stuff away since we stayed a week. There are a few small things to note, there is no front door entrance or sidewalk. This is a ground downstairs apartment so you do have to walk in the grass around to the back which as long as it's not raining it's not an issue. They do know there is a crock-pot, there is a very large 3 crock pot which doesn't fit anywhere in the apartment so I'm not sure why it's listed. There is plenty of parking, but you must display your parking pass. Unfortunately, we had an issue with repaving and parking became an issue and the host was not very sympathetic to our issues or responsive. While the host does communicate, they do appear to be a third party, possibly overseas company. We were offered a small discount for our inconvenience on the days we couldn't find parking. We never received the refund and they have stopped communicating with me. I am also still waiting on the 500 required deposit to also be refunded. Overall, for a short stay, this is a nice place to stay. Our parking issue was most likely isolated.
