Karya Villa with a luxurious design

Villa Karya was built in 2004 but in 2010 underwent renovations for a more luxurious design.The villa is set on 1000 square metres of land therefore boasts a large private garden with matured trees and plants of all kinds. A natural stone wall surrounds the pool area for extra privacy.

Within the lands you will find plenty of outdoor furniture where you can dine, chill out and read or simply sit in the shade. The private pool is 50 square metres with tiled steps and a slope therefore providing a shallow end for children or those who do not swim.

Villa Karya has 4 en suite bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms, 1 kingsize master bedroom and 1 superking size master bedroom with a large bathroom, jacuzzi bath and seperate shower unit, plasma satellite TV and DVD player. Both master bedrooms have a fold out sofa bed in them therefore accommodating children in their parents room if required. Cots and highchairs available to hire for a small fee.

All bedrooms include dressing tables with mirrors and hairdryers and private balconies. The largest balcony is situated in the middle of the 3 upstairs bedrooms giving a panoramic view of the mountains and the famous rock tombs.

The open plan lounge area consists of a natural granite fireplace with wood burning fire ideal for winter rentals. The lounge area includes a large plasma TV with DVD player, satellite system (with Disney Channel, BBC News and Entertainment channels) and comfortable furniture including large sofas and chairs. There is also a dining table and breakfast bar seating 8 in total. Additional chairs are available at the round table on the terrace.

The open plan kitchen and dining area was newly built for 2010 and is fully equipped with oven/hobs, black glass fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher,toastie maker, smoothie maker and filter coffee machine. Plus all crockery and cutlery needed for 8-10 people, so you can eat in the villa comfortably. A water cooler is fitted in the kitchen with complimentary 18L bottles of water so you do not need to worry about re stocking. When you run out simply call our rep and we will deliver more.

Wireless internet is available free of charge for all guests.

A traditional turkish seating area is set in the shaded area of the garden ideal for relaxing, snoozing or reading your book in the heat of the day.A built in bbq and outdoor shower are also situated on the terrace area of the garden.

A complimentary welcome pack will be provided on arrival and maid service is available on request.We use Oruc Exclusive Services for the garden, pool, maid service, tours and VİP transfers.
