Welcome to our Private Bourbon Trail Speakeasy! Shelbyville is one of the prime locations for the different Tours of the Bourbon Trail. Our house is the perfect ADULT ONLY getaway!! Immerse yourself in luxury comfort by staying at our 8BR 8Bath speakeasy on secluded 14 acres with a 5-acre pond surrounded by Private fence, that sleeps 16 people! The property is easily accessible but tucked away offering a quiet retreat. As soon as you step foot in this beautifully renovated dark academic speakeasy styled home, you`re welcomed by a very stylish yet highly comfortable open-floor concept design. It is decorated in an elegant and masculine dark academia speakeasy manner. The property features a Main house with covered deck, outdoor pool, large dock, lighted firepit, 4 detached cabins with covered patios, and a Game barn with covered patio which features a game room and a cigar room.
The Main House has 4BR and 3BA. It has a large Kitchen to make large meals a breeze. There are 2 dining tables so that your whole party can dine together. There is a large living area that has a gas fireplace with plenty of seating. You can step out onto the large covered deck, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy a meal, and marvel at scenic surroundings that will make you want to stay forever. The deck has a walk down to the beautiful pool surrounded by a large pool deck with several areas for soaking up the sun. This area also offers a luxurious hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The pool deck then continues down to the Large Dock for the pond. This is a great area to sunbathe, relax, or fish. We do not allow swimming in the pond due to the variability of the water depth and to not disturb the wildlife that the pond offers. The pool deck also has a lighted walkway to the Fire Pit where you can enjoy a beautiful fire under the stars, away from the light of the house, giving you an outdoor secluded feel. The 4 cabins each have their own large bathroom and covered patios with outdoor seating. There is another hot tub in this location, best area for stargazing. There is another lighted walkway to the firepit! This beautiful home offers a plethora of exciting areas and amenities, and we can`t wait for you to experience them all. This large dark academic speakeasy room looks like it belongs on a magazine cover! The speakeasy vibe is dominating this room! There are 2 High quality air filtration systems in this room so everyone should be able to smoke their bourbon dipped cigars together without it getting cloudy! ★ OUTDOORS ★ A beautiful home on a secluded property would not shine in its best light if it did not have a private outdoor space where you can relax, soak up the sun, swim, catch a breath of fresh air, and gaze at the gorgeous surrounding environment. *There is a GAS POOL HEATER. The Pool can be heated in the colder months for an extra fee. This fee is nightly and will depend on the temperature at night.
★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ★ 8 BEDROOMS with 7 King and 1 Queen sized beds★ After an exciting day of adventures in the surrounding area or from a bourbon tour, you will be looking to rest for an equally entertaining tomorrow. All bedrooms feature a similar set of amenities. ✔ Premium Linens, Sheets, and Pillows ✔ Smart TVs ✔ Hangers and Shelf space ✔ Nightstands with Reading Lamps ✔High speed chargers. ★The Master bedroom has coffee nook for early morning lounging or late-night relaxing. It has a large Master bathroom with his and her sinks, bidet, urinal, copper tub, and rain shower. ★ Each cabin has its own coffee bar with mini fridge so you don`t have to go to the main house early in the morning for your coffee or drinks. You can enjoy them inside your own suite or on the patio of your suite overlooking the water. The Ducks and deer love the pond and are frequent visitors.
★ BATHROOMS ★ The property has 7 relaxing full bathrooms catering to the bedrooms and living spaces. There is a 1/2 bath in the Game Barn, total of 8 bathrooms. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ THE ONLY AREA THAT ALLOWS SMOKING IS THE CIGAR ROOM. Do not smoke inside or near any entryways. Any smoking evidence in areas other than the cigar room will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Thank you very much for your understanding.
★ REFUND POLICY ★ No Matter which refund is listed during different times of the year, If you are booking from April through September or for major holidays, the refund policy is ALWAY AS STATED: 100% refunded if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival and 50% refunded if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. NO Refund in cancelled less than 14days prior to arrival. NO EXCEPTION

*Please park in the different driveway locations at the front of each building. Stay off the grass!
*No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
*Parties are strictly prohibited.
*There is NO Smoking/Vaping of tobacco or marijuana within 25 feet of the house. THE ONLY AREA THAT SMOKING IS ALLOWED IS THIS CIGAR ROOM. If you must smoke and are not in the cigar room, please do so away from the house and discard your trash. There are cigarette smoke detectors inside the house/cabins. If these indicate that someone in your party has been smoking in the house/cabins, you will be charged an extra $500 for the cleaning that must be done.
*Swim in the pool and in the hot tubs AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
*NO SWIMMING/DIVING IN THE POND
*There are outside cameras, none inside the house and none are facing the hot tub to give privacy. There are 2 ring flood lights facing the driveways and road. The ring doorbell for the side entry. A ring camera facing the driveway/gate. A ring camera facing the front door and once facing the side fence/gate. There is a camera facing the pool, one facing the pond, and one facing the back sliding glass door that are all on the back deck. NONE FACING THE HOT TUB. There are ring cameras facing the entry to the game barn/side fence/gate, one that sees all the cabins entryways, and one facing the firepit/pond. These are all on the game barn, NONE FACING THE HOT TUB!. Many of these locations are for insurance purposes. The cameras are in place to protect you and us. There are no cameras inside the house or facing the hot tubs.
*Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we may repair or replace the item. We understand that accidents happening but need to be notified.
*Please DO NOT Move furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages.
*No Eating or drinking in the Bedrooms.
