This is the second year out group has stayed at this property for a local conference. It is the ideal place for our group of ten- plenty of privacy and bathrooms. The house is beautiful and spacious, and the extra space in the back is perfect for hanging out together. The property is conveniently located near plenty of shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive to all our needs especially when we were locked out! We hope to make this house an annual retreat!

Nice spacious house with plenty of room if you have a bigger party. Nicely appointed and private. The 3 acres is nice. Highly recommend

What a spacious and comfortable retreat for our family during a busy wedding weekend. Three separate sleeping areas make the home a great option for use by multiple families traveling together. Some aspects of the layout were quirky - a bedroom accessed through another bedroom - but there were so many areas to gather and relax that we weren’t able to use them all! The detached converted garage space with a kitchen & full bath was a great hang out for the young adults in our group. The approach to the property is unusual - a narrow access road behind a shopping center - but past the gate are large green lawns and big trees that create a peaceful setting. Communications about logistics were clear, and Eric was very responsive to messages. Overall a great place to stay near Louisville.

Overall, the house was great and suited our needs perfectly. We had a large group to celebrate a birthday. The house has 5 bedrooms plus 2 extra beds. Three bedrooms have en suite baths, and there is a fourth full bath off a hallway downstairs. The 5th bedroom upstairs has access to a powder bath but no shower (needed to use the one off the primary). There are basically 3 different kitchen areas, and there is a large outbuilding that has a separate living room. That building was perfect for our large group gatherings away from areas where guests would be sleeping or relaxing. The location was about 15 minutes from dowtown. There is a great bakery and BBQ joint in walking distance. The host was incredibly responsive to any issues we had and communication was very easy.The house was not totally private as there is a large garage at the front of the property that is used to store recreational vehicles. People were showing up to grab a boat etc which was very visible from the deck and living room. We would stay there again, and the host is great!

Hi Melissa, Celebrating a birthday with a big group is exactly what this house is set up for, and we were glad the outbuilding gave everyone a place to gather away from the sleeping and relaxing areas. It was a pleasure hosting all of you. As for the garage at the front, it is used for storage, so there can be an occasional pickup during the day, but those are brief stops, and the deck, the extra kitchens, and that separate living room give a group plenty of space to spread out and enjoy their time together. We also appreciate your kind words about our communication, since being easy to reach is something we care about. We would love to host you again!
