A spacious, freshly remodelled 2,000+ sq ft retreat in Palm Harbor, perfect for relaxation and fun. Enjoy a large private pool with an 8’ deep end, a therapeutic hot tub, and a fully screened, covered outdoor entertainment area complete with a TV and a practice putt putt game.

The home sits on a large Fenced backyard where u can enjoy a good game of Pickleball or any other outdoor game u like. Basketball hoop, badminton available on request.

Great place, very clean, host was very responsive. This place had so many options for a fun time for inside and outside activities, from books, board games, pool table, to pool/hot tub, pickle board court. Just bring your clothes and all the amenities are here! Definitely would stay again when we're in the area.

We booked this at literally the last minute, and Rik was great communicating with us. He provided all the information we needed in a timely manner. The listing was fairly accurate and we were not disappointed. The location was great for our needs with plenty of restaurants and other amenities in the area. The inside was very clean upon our arrival and quite spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. We would recommend a Keurig coffee maker and possibly a larger microwave though. The pool area was great! It was clean and ready for our use. We did not use the hot tub, but it also looked clean and ready for our use. The new sport court looked amazing and would be great for those who enjoy pickleball. Overall, we had a short, but great stay!

Big place with a great pool. The pictures show a back yard but the entire back yard is concrete. The ac was broken for multiple days during our stay and it was upwards of 79 degrees inside.The owners communication was great.Would recommend a new master mattress as it was sunken in the middle.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad our communication met your expectations throughout your stay. Regarding the AC: Our system was serviced twice during your stay, and we were advised the coil had frozen due to the thermostat being set below the recommended minimum. We've since added guidance for all guests on optimal thermostat settings to help prevent this going forward. The backyard is currently in transition — we're adding a pickleball court, and we'll be updating our photos once that's complete. We appreciate you flagging the mattress and will keep an eye on it, though this is the first time we've heard this concern. We hope future guests will reach out to us directly with any major or minor in-stay concerns so we can address them in real time.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Rik’s property. We chose to stay here over other places because of the amenities, especially the huge pool with lots of yard space. It certainly did not disappoint! My boys spent hours in the pool: shooting hoops, Marco Polo, sharks and minnows, all the things! When we weren’t in or around the pool, we spent our time playing all the different games in the house including foosball, darts, giant connect four and shooting pool. We were so comfortable at the house, we rarely left! However, we did venture out a few times and found that we didn’t need to travel far to find good food. Rik’s place was really close to many tasty food options! Overall, we had a great vacation at Rik’s!

New ownership! We were the first guests since the change. Location was great. 20 minute from TPA, all the restaurants and shopping. Also, 40min from Pier 60. The VRBO has a great chance of being very good with a little cleanup and maintenance. Owners were responsive and accommodating.

Our reservation ended up being a little goofy timing wise as this property was switching hands. We had to cancel thru vrbo and contact new host thru vrbo to rebook. Vrbo and new host were very helpful but nonetheless a little worry some considering our vacation was literally right around the corner…and you would think vrbo could just transfer the reservations!Also, we did partially book this house because of the original “beachy colors” which turned out to be inaccurate as it was more recently remodeled. All in all, the property most certainly met our needs and wants. The host (property owner) was very kind and easy to get a hold of and quick to respond! We had a great stay/experience visiting friends and family while exploring and cannot wait to go back!

Dirty pool. The garbage disposal smelled and needed cleaning. We had to wipe down the entire kitchen before anything else. The backyard along with the property in general has been neglected. It does not look like the pictures. no laundry detergent and barely enough toilet paper for 2 guests.

Thank you for your review. 1. Pool The pool and the entire house was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival. As you were aware that there was a storm on the day you checked in, the heavy winds caused some damage to the pool screen which we noticed yesterday which may have blown something in the pool. No complaint was raised during the stay for this matter and we have got this fixed. We did have our weekly pool and hot tub cleaning company come and complete their job during your stay as well. 2. Kitchen As mentioned earlier, the cleaning and sanitisation of the entire house, kitchen was completed an hour before you checked in. Not sure about the garbage disposal but in case any concerns would have been raised, we would have attended right away. 3. Backyard Once again, the storm blew in a whole lot of leaves and debris that day. Also, since it is winter, it is common in Florida that the lawn, trees and bushes dry up. 4. Property The property has been newly renovated and remodelled a week before your stay with all new furniture and amenities. We would have attended your complaints had you contacted us during your stay. 5. The main closet in the hallway had a weeks worth of supplies for your needs along with all basic necessities, games, entertainment amenities, extra airbeds, first aid kits etc. We are sorry that we didn't match up to the expectations of your family and your pet which stayed with you without mentioning to us about it nor paying charges for its stay.

This house has all the wow space and amenities as promised in the ad. We were thrilled by the location because it was a quick and easy drive to the charming downtowns of Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Ozona. That’s not always the case even in neighborhoods “closer.” This was a quiet, private space close to Pinellas County’s north-end hot spots; yet, still accessible to main thoroughfares to Clearwater and Tampa. Terrific stay when you want more room than a beachfront hotel.

Great house

Fantastic property for families with kids. The combination of the pool and hot tub was fantastic. House was clean, very spacious and the host was very easy to deal with.

Parking was excellent. We utilized the garage which made it easy to unload and load our luggage. The place was clean and our Host was always available and quick to answer any questions we may have. My nephew is the one that found how to get the warm water into the pool. The pool was cold but we did manage to at least get waist deep for a while. We also used the hot tub and enjoyed that very much.
