Uncle Joe's Florida Hideaway is just that! A great place to relax and hide away in this beautiful Gulf region of our state. The home is well appointed with all the amenities that one could need. Use this home as a tranquil retreat to plan your daily adventures to Honeymoon Island, Three Rooker Island or Dunedin/Clearwater Beach. We also have historic Tarpon Springs Sponge docks to our North and beautiful Lake Tarpon to our East. Very close to Innisbrook Golf Course it is a perfect for golfers.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Palm Harbor. The house was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly, and the location was perfect. We were close to everything we wanted to see and do, but we also loved the quiet space to step back and relax! We would love to stay here again someday.

Relax in Paradise

Great location and home. This is our second time booking this property for a family vacation. Everyone felt relaxed and enjoyed the pool. Will book again.

Holiday vacation

This home is clean and well equipped with everything for a pleasant stay! Host was responsive to all questions.We didn’t use pool due to weather but I assume it would have been lovely if we could.I would suggest this for a family looking for comfort and cleanliness!

Everything was great!

Everything was fantastic! The property is close to any and everything you could want, nice clean pool, clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen. Very nice spacious home, would definately stay again!

Feels like home

Great property in a great location, convenient to all destinations. Quiet neighborhood with lush landscaping. Heated pool was enjoyed by all.

Best house we have rented!!!

From start to finish we had everything at our fingertips!!! The house was clean, stocked, and amazing! Everyone in the group enjoyed themselves (softest couches ever). The beds were clean and very comfortable!

Completely Enjoyable

We so enjoyed our stay in this home. This home is meticulously clean and beautifully decorated. Completely comfortable and welcoming. Norm replied within minutes when we had a couple of questions. Location is convenient to beaches and amazing restaurants.. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Other than issues with the pool being green, I feel the host is not too blame, but should definitely seek out a new pool company. We did arrive just after a huricane too so that came into play. Everything was great and we enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful Home

Wonderful home with a great pool. Close to beaches, sponge docks, great restaurants and not far from the airport and other attractions in Tampa, Clearwater and Saint Pete. Pinellas bike trail also close and we took full advantage of the trail during our stay. Norm was a great host and very good at responding to questions. Was our second stay at Uncle Joes! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home exactly as advertised

This home was just beautiful! Very welcoming, lay out was convenient, beds comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Felt relaxed shortly after arriving. Pool was lovely and relaxing. The only downside was Rt 19. Traffic is absolutely horrible, pretty much like most of Florida. Stores were very close. Neighborhood walkable and felt safe walking before sunrise and after sunset. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms definitely make this home suitable for families. Would recommend!

Winter getaway to paradise

First time renting , very happy. Location was perfect, very close to all my favorite places . Lovely home, just the right size . The pool was a very nice treat. The only thing I would say is the trees around back of the pool kept me from truly enjoying the pool. Not enough sunshine to lounge around. Overall a wonderful experience in a very nice home. I would definitely rent this property again. Thank you

Very clean, well appointed family home!

This home is lovely! Very clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. We attended a wedding in Palm Harbor, just 2 miles away from this location. Very much enjoyed the spacious pool and calming waterfall feature. The owner was very attentive when we had to call to inform him that the AC had stopped working. It was fixed within the hour- excellent service! We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

The Who 2022

This property was perfect! Attached garage for ease of unloading and loading, heated pool for those chilly nights, spacious living room for all to enjoy, plentiful supplies in the home. Location was great, Tarpon springs, Clearwater beach minutes away and Palm Harbor is beautiful! 3-4 minutes from the home is an area of a couple blocks with great food and nightlife fun! The “Barfly” “Smugglers” “Thirsty Marlin” “Bogota” The river walk in Tampa was worth the 40 minute drive! We loved this home and it’s location! Five stars from us! We will be return customers!

Palm Harbor Home

House is centrally located to things in Palm Harbor, and only a short drive to other nearby towns, and relatively close to the Pinellas Bike Trail (we rode to the trail although you have to be careful given the traffic). Various grocery stores nearby. Kitchen is well-stocked, which was appreciated (we cook at home most of the time); and plenty of room in pantry for our grocery items. I would suggest a larger microwave. :) House is well decorated and included more furnishings than some rentals we've used (thanks!). Definitely appreciated the desk as we had to work from home while there. We enjoyed the use of the garage, as well; too short to fit our vehicle, but we parked our bikes in it, which was convenient. Some of the furniture has issues (a broken kitchen chair leg and the back of the sofa by the window seemed broken on one side)--we found them like that--but overall we found it a comfortable and convenient stay. It was too cold to use the pool, but we enjoyed sitting outside in the lanai on warmer days. Our dog was welcomed and comfortable there, as well. Appreciated having access to the vacuum because I used it several times just to tidy up as I do at home. :) We would stay there again.

We have three boys ranging in age from nine to fourteen and a Labrador retriever named Moose. We love what this area has to offer families and are happy to share our homes with like minded families.
