The condo was great ! Everything we needed was there. Ocean view and bay views are beautiful. Close to everything- shops, restaurants and of course the beach. I would highly recommend this condo for your beach getaway.

Pictures were kind of misleading as far as ocean view. You have to stand on balcony and look far right to see the beach. You can see the ocean past the rooftop which I felt wasn't clear in the listing. The master bed is wore out and not comfortable. Overall, it was clean and Pictures inside the unit were as pictured.

The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The shower curtain had soap scum all over it, there was dust and hair balls on the floors. The couches had a tacky cover over them that didn't appear recently washed, the beds were cheap and uncomfortable. The TV didn't work in one of the bedrooms.

The property was wonderful however it was overrun with high schoolers who were intent on keeping all of us up at night with their music and screaming at 2am. Just a few observations. The television situation left a lot to be desired. The main TV was slower than slow while 2 remotes had no batteries at all. Good thing we had laptops. The bedrooms could do with waste paper baskets and tissue boxes. Overall a mostly pleasant experience.

Rooms were clean with fresh linens. We slept 6 people comfortably. The mattresses were a little on the thin side, but were spacious. The room had a beautiful view from the balcony. I would bring your own essential cooking utensils as the ones provided were worn and flimsy. But the kitchen was updated and came with initial supplies. We really enjoyed the ice rink as well as the walk-out directly to the beach. There was a lot of activities within walking distance as well. Our groups ages ranged from 12 to 43 and there was entertainment for all! The host was easy to reach and prepared us with all of the information for check in ahead of time. There is also a Food Lion (grocery chain) directly across the street, so it was extremely easy to get items we forgot to pack. All in all we had a great time and will be renting again!

Upon arrival to the room there was a dirty linen bag left in the room from the previous renters. It took hours for someone to come remove it. My daughter and son in law got stuck in the elevator with their 5 month old and had to climb out of the elevator mid floor. The elevator’s were not working and shut down more than they worked during our 4 night stay. The outdoor pool was closed one whole day. And while sitting on the balcony a random chair flew by from above crashing and breaking into pieces in the parking lot. The condo itself was nice and clean (once linen bag was removed).

Great property! So close to everything! Loved that the grocery store was right across the street. Dryer was broken upon arrival, owner was responsive about sending someone to fix it.
