This condo has it all. Comfy, cozy & stylish. Outdoor furniture, electric BBQ. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry in unit & pull out sofa. Less than 5min. to SDC, about 15-20 min. to the strip, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities. Walking trail to the lake - take a dip in the summer months. Outdoor pool and hot tub (seasonal). Basketball court, tennis court and small playground. This unit is on the ground floor, there is one set of steps down to the unit from the parking lot.
The master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the pull-out sofa is full/queen.

As middle aged women we felt so safe and comfortable tucked into The Cove, each with our own bedroom and bathroom, microwave to reheat our leftovers and a coffee pot to enjoy the balcony in the mornings. Will definitely aim to get one of Amanda's condos in the future.

Great property- close to SDC which was what we were there for! Comfortable beds- only issues were quite a few spiders- host said it had just been sprayed- many dead but some still surprised us- smoke detector started going off first night- host had us disconnect the battery- all was fine- condo is in bottom level so if someone has mobility issues don’t use- had a great covered deck that would be great for longer stays- would definitely recommend

Condo was lovely. The fireplace tv center was an added bonus for a relaxing night watching a movie. Unit was very clean, bed was very comfortable, liked the end of all the buildings location. View from deck was gorgeous. Great location, 3 minutes from Silver Dollar City. Even though on bottom of 3 stories, we did not hear any noise from upstairs guests. Very enjoyable stay. Communication with Amanda was great and quick.

It was clean and cozy with plenty of room for my family of 7. The host was very accommodating. The location was beautiful. Even though it was a unit on a three story building, the building itself was so quiet that neighbors couldn't be heard. Also, the tv and people moving around in the living room couldn't be heard in the bedroom, so my teenagers were able to stay up late without disturbing me.
Hiking trails behind the property revealed this beautiful scenery.

Overall, this was a nice place right next to silver dollar city. I took away 1 star because online it said there would be shampoo and conditioner and there was actually only a shampoo dispenser…and it was empty. The only thing available was body wash. I also know that being next to the woods you will inevitably deal with bugs, but there was a huge spider not only in the bathtub but also on the bed when we crawled into it. Im not sure if no one had been there in a while to check in on it or if it just needs to be sprayed by pest control but it was a bit alarming.

Well for one no water from 1:30 am to 3:30 pm next day what can be done about this

We are very sorry about the situation you had to experience at our condo. Unfortunately these unforeseen things can happen sometimes. The bathtub faucet breaking and spraying the back wall at 1:30am is definitely not ideal. We did all we could by calling every plumber that said they were 24hours on google. One finally answered, drove 45mins from Springfield, just to turn off the water, costing us emergency rates. *The guest was called and walked through where the water shut off would be. The guest could not find it. When the plumber arrived, and called us, he noted that, that was exactly where it was. 😬 The LOCAL handy man came the next morning to fix the issue. He did have to run to the plumbing supply store, and a few other places to get the appropriate parts to fix the issue, which took a little longer than usual due to Sunday store opening hours. Do to these unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances, I do not feel 6/10 stars is the appropriate rating. We did all we could to resolve the issue.

Nice privacy, being on the lowest level furthest down. Nice bathrooms and kitchen, hardly have any complaints. Nice size balcony but with a surrounding view of trees isnt bad. Took a hike down some trails was enjoyable. Pool was busy. Everything worked how it should. Thank you for the stay with my husband and kids.
