The home was convenient location and spacious for our girls' trip stay.

The location was very convenient to the town and the walking trail. The street was very quiet. There was amble room for our group with private bathrooms for all.

Really enjoyed our stay here with family. It was so nice to be able to walk downtown for food and shopping. The house was charming and the beds were very comfortable. I recommend staying here!

Great location and the house is great for our larger family weekend.

Location...location...location. This was our 3rd year staying at Olde Magnolia house. We have enjoyed our stays very much. Great house with lots of amenities that makes it possible for you to prepare some meals instead of trying to get our large group seated at the busy restaurants.

My girlfriend said I love staying at this house. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a great You will not go wrong renting this house. It is amazing.

Comfortable, charming, & convenient accommodations for 8 ladies.

Wonderful gathering spaces: front porch, back porch with a long dining table, & living room with a large comfy couch. Lots of bathrooms & comfortable beds. Extremely friendly, welcoming & responsive host.

Had 7 females age 70. Slept everyone comfortably. Nice table for games. Great location. Squeaky floors but that comes with an older house.

Girls trip 2026 in the books and The Magnolia House was perfect for our crew that ranged from 26 to 88. The house was very clean and check in process a breeze. Three bedrooms with private baths and an additional bedroom with two queen beds and a bathroom right outside the door gave everyone personal space. We were within walking distance to every shop and restaurant and loved everything about this little town that reminds you of a Hallmark movie. I would definitely recommend a stay at The Magnolia House. 5 stars!

Perfect accommodations and location

Fully outfitted home and then some - from linens to kitchen to furnishings. Wrap-around porch was ideal for relaxing. Four beds and four full plus one half bath made our party of 8 quite comfortable. Location walkable to all of downtown Nashville. Definitely will be back!

Nice large home in the heart of downtown Nashville

Loved the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Stairs to upstairs are very steep so be mindful of individuals who may have mobility issues. Otherwise, this home has everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
