We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed, plus other little thoughtful amenities we didn't expect. We definitely plan on coming back!

Great location! Just a 1/2 a mile away from Bunny's custard ice cream!!!!; plan to have that every day that you are in Lexington. I would definitely stay there again.

This property was perfect for a quiet getaway! We loved how close we were to town and enjoyed the shops and dining. The private beach was great for collecting rocks. We drove just a few minutes to swim at Lexington Beach. The cottage had everything we needed and was dog friendly, which is rare to find. My daughter enjoyed her one on one time with Mom and Dad and pups and had a great time!

Everything was great. Nice location- very clean, host was very helpful. Could use some updated seating inside and out though … that is more comfortable for sitting. Everything was functional though. And the bed was super comfortable!

Perfect little place for two people! Downtown Lexington is so close, too. Host is very responsive and cottage was very clean. Not a lot of “hang out” space inside, so plan on being outside during your stay. Bed was very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Overall, great stay!

Rental was clean and quaint. Nicely beach decorated. In a nice area to walk to beach. Suggest that host get more comfortable chairs and get rid of futon w mattress which was difficult to sit on in the evening.

The little cottage was as described. There is a very short walk to a nice private beach, beautiful place to sit with morning coffee to watch the sunrise. The host's communication was thoughtful and timely. We will definitely consider returning for a fall weekend.

We so appreciate the cleanliness of the property but it was also really functional and cute! The walk to the beach was short and the conditions at the lakeside were fantastic. The location of the property was ideal for our exploring the entire thumb coast. We will be back!

Although it rained my entire stay it was relaxing to see and hear the lake. It was just a few minute drive into town to do some shopping. The cottage was cozy, quiet and perfect for my short get away! Had the weather cooperated it would have been nice to enjoy the outdoor seating and walk along the shoreline. It was the perfect place to disconnect and catch up on some reading during the rainy weekend.

Cute little cottage just a very short walk to the lake..The attention to detail was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The host is very gracious and the little touches she does are awesome. What a awesome place to spend or final days of our 20th anniversary trip...If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Thanks for everything!!!

"Cozy" is the perfect word to describe this spotlessly clean little cottage. Everything was provided. The fans and lights, instructions, and amenities were all clearly labeled. There are night lights and a grab bar in the tub. It's very close to the lake. I swam every day and had the entire beach to myself every time. Danielle was an excellent hostess - thoughtful and attentive. She responded quickly to all of my messaging and was wonderful when I had to make a change to my itinerary. I am a recent widow and it still feels strange to travel alone but I felt safe and cared for here. I will definitely look forward to staying here again and I will not hesitate to recommend it to others, especially to the solo traveller or a couple (it is adorably tiny :)).

Very cute and functional cottage. Best suited for a couple but there is a roll out bed that could be used for small children. The house isn't big by any means but just the right size if you're using it as not much more than a home base. It has a nice kitchen and dining area. Living room is mainly just a couch with a small tv. There is a nice wraparound porch which would be perfect for late evening lounging. Just a short walk down to the water (I didn't make the walk) but you can see the water from the house so it's not too far and it has a beach. Everything in the house worked great though I didn't cook so I can't speak to the stove. But the way everything else hummed along, I can't imagine it would be any different. All in all, it is a very relaxing house and just a few miles from Lexington and a short drive back to Port Huron. There is a very thorough folder with all the information you could need. The host was also very responsive. I can definitely recommend this cottage for couples.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed! The house was so cute, clean, and very close to the private neighborhood beach and downtown Lexingtonfor shopping and eating. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The host was very responsive to our questions and had everything we would need plus extra treats which made our stay even more special. We wished we had booked our whole trip here.

We had a great stay! The cottage was cute, clean, and just what we needed. Thoughtful touches everywhere! We loved how close we were to the beach. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!
