Our cabin is **decorated for fall and Thanksgiving throughout autumn**, then transforms for Christmas the weekend after Thanksgiving with a **decorated Christmas tree, garland, festive mantel, holiday touches throughout the cabin, and exterior Christmas lights**.

Located on a peaceful one-acre property at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Wears Valley, Mountainside Memories sleeps up to 8 and combines the tranquility of the mountains with convenient access to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the area's seasonal attractions.

🍂 FALL IN THE SMOKIES

There's nothing quite like fall in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Wake up to crisp mountain air, brew your favorite coffee, and settle into the porch swing bed or rocking chairs while taking in the changing colors and partial mountain views.

Spend the day hiking in Great Smoky Mountains National Park, chasing waterfalls, exploring scenic drives, or enjoying everything nearby Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg have to offer.

Then come home to your own peaceful retreat. Warm up by the fireplace, play a game together, or sink into the private hot tub beneath the covered gazebo and enjoy a relaxing fall evening in the mountains.

Seasonal fall décor throughout the cabin makes it feel even more like autumn from the moment you arrive.

🦃 THANKSGIVING IN THE MOUNTAINS

Imagine Thanksgiving surrounded by the Smoky Mountains instead of the usual holiday rush.

Mountainside Memories is decorated for fall and Thanksgiving, creating a warm, welcoming setting for holiday meals, family photos, traditions, and time together.

And if you're planning to cook Thanksgiving dinner, you'll find a kitchen that's actually equipped for cooking.

Our well-stocked kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, a **7-quart Crock-Pot, rice cooker, serving essentials, children's dinnerware**, and plenty of the everyday kitchen items you need to prepare meals at the cabin.

After dinner, gather around the fireplace, play board games, challenge each other to foosball or one of 60 classic arcade games, or head to the gazebo for a soak in the hot tub while watching the game on TV.

The next morning, there's no need to rush anywhere. Make a latte, hot chocolate, tea, or freshly ground coffee at the coffee bar and enjoy a slow morning in the mountains.

🎄 CHRISTMAS AT MOUNTAINSIDE MEMORIES

There's something especially magical about spending Christmas in a log cabin in the Smokies.

Beginning the **weekend after Thanksgiving**, Mountainside Memories transforms for Christmas.

You'll arrive to a decorated Christmas tree, garland, festive mantel, seasonal touches throughout the cabin, and exterior Christmas lights that make coming home after an evening in town feel even more special.

Spend your days enjoying the holiday festivities, Christmas lights, and attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, then leave the crowds behind and return to peaceful Wears Valley.

Make hot chocolate at the coffee bar. Curl up by the fireplace and Christmas tree for a favorite holiday movie. Play games together. Slip into a robe and head to the hot tub. Or simply enjoy having nowhere else you need to be.

It's a cozy mountain setting for Christmas morning, family photos, favorite traditions, and creating a few new ones.

Keep the Christmas magic going through New Year's.

Spend the final days of the year exploring the Smokies, then return to your Christmas-decorated cabin for a relaxing New Year's Eve.
