Whether you’re unwinding with a book or planning your next adventure, this amazing spot offers a peaceful setting that feels like a true home away from home. We are located a short distance from both the Ross Creek Cedars and Kootenai Falls and there are plenty of hiking trails to explore in the nearby Cabinet Mountains. Come make The Pad your base camp for adventure.

Quiet place that offers a beautiful tranquil outdoor setting with a lilypad lake and river access on the property. We would definitely use this place again, as it better than any hotel in the area, if you like the sound of frogs and crickets just outside your door.

The unit we had rented got double booked. Brent and Laurie were very accommodating tho and let us stay in their family unit that they are currently remodeling. The location was very remote and peaceful. They welcomed us to roam their entire property. We enjoyed an evening walk down to the river.

What a pretty property! Loved the cabin! Roomier than I expected. Had everything we needed. We appreciated the price compared to others! We had a very short, sleep and go day but hope to stay longer next time and enjoy the water view! Hosts were friendly and kind. We hope to stay again!

The hosts are very kind and easy to communicate with. They live right next to the property. The view of the lake (more like a beautiful little pond) is very nice with many lily pads. It would be nice if the window by the entrance had a blind on it for privacy, especially seems how the owner parks in the carport and walks right by that window. The property could use a good dusting, even though it adds to the rustic feel of the apartment. It was nice having some lawn chairs to go sit by the lake. Also, it would be nice to have access to streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime on the tv.

Excellent cozy 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette, full fridge and a great sitting area. Bed was very comfortable and the property is incredibly peaceful.

What an opportunity to visit a unique property with historic structures and lovely river access. Hosts were available, helpful and by no means intrusive. This was the perfect retreat while visiting family in Libby and Troy.

This is a hidden paradise with much more room than expected. The bed is wonderfully comfortable!! The property is mesmerizing and peaceful. The hosts were the perfect amount of friendly and helpful and then I felt like I had the entire pond to myself. It is absolutely gorgeous and super convenient to local attractions. Definitely a gem!
