House is beautiful and spacious. Two refrigerators!We had 10 people comfortably in the house. Great distance to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny shops.

Beautiful house, close to the beach. Comfy beds and quiet neighborhood. House was very spacious and accommodated 9 people easily. Host was extremely responsive, thoughtful and communicated well before and during the trip.

We had a great weeklong stay with family with a short walk to the beach, and the pool was great. The house is currently having updates done but did not interfere with our stay. Our host a great with communication. One of “wishes” was the microwave being lower - we had a couple of shorter people in our party and they couldn’t reach.

Excellent rental house

We stayed here with 11 family members and it was great. It’s close to the beach and all the fun activities Hilton Head has to offer. We really enjoyed ourselves and look forward to staying again!

Excellent Family Stay

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay!! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The walk to the beach was short and the beach wagons were a great help. The pool in the backyard was a definite plus for the kids too! We would definitely stay again!!

We were on a family vacation - five adults, a 14 year old girl, a five year old boy and a 6 year old boy. The place worked really well for us. The pool was the highlight - especially for the boys.

Home was clean, spacious and conveniently located. The outdoor living space was an awesome set up

Super easy to rent. The Owner was accessible and helpful throughout the renting transaction and our entire stay.

Excellent family property.

Great location on Hilton Head Island. Short walk to beach, 15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. Great pool in the backyard and plenty of room in the house for a family (and friends) of eight.

Great location

Great location and amenities. Having a pool and backyard/swing set was perfect for 4 kids under the age of 9. Easy walk to beach and house had carts to help. Just a great place to relax and be with family.

Looking for easy beach access, pool and beautiful home?

We had one adult in a wheelchair and this one floor living was great! Pool was in a beautiful back yard and beach access was easy! Definitely recommend!

Relaxation 2019

Beautiful pool and quiet back yard. Nice to have two refrigerators for our visit. Nice easy walk to the beach.

50th anniversary/family reunion

Great property in an excellent location to beach,shopping and restaurants. Bedrooms and living spaces as described. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of room to eat and visit. Pool and outside area was good after pool service and lawn care people came a couple of days after we arrived.

Spring break family trip

We spent a week on Hilton Head for a spring break getaway. Location of the house was convenient to stores, restaurants, and the beach (which was only a block away). Eve was very prompt in responding to any questions prior to and during our trip. We had a great family vacation.
