FANTASTIC! This house had plenty of room for our entire family. It had a great location with easy access to the beach and right on the golf course. The pool and backyard were private and peaceful. The house was clean and well-equipped. It far exceeded our expectations. Many wonderful memories.

Wonderful Stay !

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of nine plus a toddler ! The accommodations were clean and included a barbeque , swimming pool , and beautiful grounds. We hope to return next year !

We had a great week at 16 Woodbine. House was perfect for our family. We enjoyed golf course walks at night and early morning, watching the alligators and birds. Kids loved the pool and big yard to play in. We parked our car- rented bikes for the week- and didn’t drive until we left! Very convenient location! Thank you!

Great location on Golf course

Nice location within Sea Pines Community. Short drive to most activities like harbor town and the salty dog. We had a range from older adults to younger adults and everyone loved thoa home. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family loved this house. Great location with a relaxing view of the golf course and swimming pool. Close to the beach and habour town. The house was very clean and well stocked. Our family would highly recommend this house.

HHI Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property! The pool was fantastic and there was plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. The walk to beach was a bit longer then advertised. We’d be happy to stay here again!

Great Vacation

Thoroughly enjoyed our HH vacation. The house worked out perfectly for our group. Great location….easy walk to the beach and the Beach Club and a short bike ride to South Beach and Harbor Town. Be prepared for errant golf balls in the backyard pool area.

We had a lovely time at the newly renovated home. Beautiful house and lots of amenities. The only hard part is leaving becaise it's just that nice.

We have stayed at 16 Woodbine previously but not since the total renoviation of the property. The house is lovely and has everything needed to make it feel like home for our 5 week stay. We did not use the pool since we were there in the winter but it was vleaned weekly. The house is in a great location...minutes from the golf club, beach club and Harbour Town.The property managers are super stars and respond quickly to any issues that may arise.
