Super awesome location, approx 10 mins drive to everything cool. AC works great and house is cozy…including the beds. Took me and 2 boys for vacay 8 days and loved it all. If you need recommendations for a tour guide, ask Athena about Drake bc he’s amazing!!!

Lovely place to stay, very accommodating and clean. House is in a quiet neighborhood close to anything you could ever need. Conveniently located for quick trips in the Crystal River area and any other nearby activities. Great first-time experience booking a Vrbo, would definitely recommend!

This was a perfect place and location for our trip to Florida. Easy access to Crystal River, Iverness, Homosassis. It is a little dark/dated, not a lot of natural light, but the outdoor furniture has you out in the sunshine. Local ordinances prohibited us from having a grill- still great value and great hosts. Would recommend

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're thrilled the location was perfect for your trips to Crystal River, Inverness, and Homosassa, and that you enjoyed the outdoor furniture and sunshine. We appreciate the note about the light — we'll make sure to let future guests know they can simply lift the blinds to allow plenty of natural light in. Some previous guests had requested darkening blinds, so we installed them, but they can easily be lifted. We don't provide a grill (we have a fire pit instead), but you're welcome to bring a small portable one if grilling is important to you. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again soon!

This past weekend was a very relaxing mini vacation. The house was very clean and modernly decorated. The kitchen had every cooking/eating amenity you would need in your own kitchen. There were bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths in a linen closet. As well as some extra toiletries in the bathrooms.The living room had a nice big/roomy sectional that we enjoyed laying on while watching a movie or two on a big screen tv. As a matter of fact, all of the 3 bedrooms had streaming capable tv’s as well. We did have to contact the host once, but only because we accidentally locked ourselves out. They responded to our call immediately and were so gracious to help us get back in.Over all, we had a great time away from our everyday hustle & bustle of reality. I would definitely rent with this host again.

Everything was great! Location made it easy for us to visit all of the places we wanted. My only suggestion would be to have ceiling fans put in the bedrooms! It would save you on A/C. But it was lovely!

We loved our stay. Centrally located, very clean, cozy backyard, well stocked. The host went above and beyond to help us find some ideas for senior pictures while we were here. Neighborhood is so cute and felt like back home. Host takes a lot of pride in their property and it shows. Athena, we can't express how much we enjoyed staying and can't wait to come back. Another big plus is that there are no bugs or no-see-ums, which can be a real nuisance for properties closer to the water—making outdoor time here even more enjoyable.
