Juan is a great host, The property is charming, comfortable, and clean. It was perfect for a family weekend getaway. Very close to rainbow river main entrance and tubing entrance. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The host literally told me no problem with my service animals then had the local sheriffs wake me up and ask me to leave 2 days after I paid for over a month.Had an absolute nightmare with that with my family and Vbro finding me a last minute place.

Guest told us had one animal snuck in a second animal. Animals are emotional support animals not legal service animals. This is basically a pet . Neither pet had service animal vests. One was a lab puppy with no training. This violated house rules. Guest was asked to leave and a full refund for the days not used was issued After departure house was full of animal waste throughout house.

This space is perfect for a group of people or a family. It is quiet, spacious, and provides entertainment if you didn't bring any. The kitchen has everything you need. Super close to grocery stores and the blue run exit of rainbow river. There are Kayaks on property you can use. We will be back.

Family Trip

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect for our 3 adults and 4 kids. The kids enjoyed the corn hole boards. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect location for visit to Rainbow Springs. All we needed to cook and gril meals. Comfortable house with plenty of room to spread out, play games, watch movies, have fun. Great host

This home is absolutely beautiful! The owner did a phenomenal job restoring this historical beauty. The home was very clean and had a beautiful open floor plan… the original wood floors and antique beam had so much charm! We will definitely book again! The host was a joy to work with! Thanks again Juan!

Hidden gem near Rainbow Springs. Our stay here was like home away from home. The owner is super amazing and tends to all your needs right away. We extended our stay a couple of times on our trip. Rainbow Springs tubing is just a short driving distance and is highly recommend as well as the Head springs to enjoy the beautiful water falls. There's a Publix near by as well as a super Walmart. There's a few great restaurants along the river and the have live music on the weekends. Enjoy your Stay

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very cute and clean. We enjoyed use of the houses amenities such as the fire pit, pool table and propane grill. We found the kitchen to be well stocked for our cooking needs. Only two small complaints. The pillows on our bed were way too thick and stiff for our comfort. And the hot water wasn’t working. We didn’t tell the owner about it till after we left as we didn’t realize it was a house wide problem until into the second night of our stay. I’m confident that it would have been addressed by the homeowner if we had let them know sooner. They were very communicative prior to and after our stay.

Lovely house. Accommodating and comfortable space with historic charm. Location was very central to downtown Dunnellon and Rainbow Springs parks with lots to do.
