Refreshed & remodeled charming 2-bedroom condo 80 steps away from Miramar Beach

Walk in the door and you know you've found paradise. Granite counters, designer furniture and window coverings. Only 22 steps to the pool and 78 steps to the beach! This first floor unit with a slight gulf view couldn't get any more convenient. You are in easy walking distance to multiple restaurants including pompano joes and the whales tail. Approximately 3 miles down the road is the outlet mall that attract visitors from as far away as atlanta. We purchased this condo due to the fabulous proximity to what destin has to offer, as well the beautiful decor.

Our check in time was at 3 cleaning lady told us she had till 4 to clean the condo. So checkin time was not accurate. In the mornings when we wanted to go walk at the beach the access gate would be locked, when we tried our gate code the door would not open. This was the whole time I we were staying there. Contacted host on both these issues and never received a response. Never again!

This review is inaccurate and extremely unfair. Our check-in time is clearly listed on Vrbo as 4:00 PM—not 3:00 PM. You arrived before the scheduled check-in time while the cleaning crew was still preparing the condo and even left your dog inside the bedroom while they were trying to complete their work. The beach-access code provided to you was correct and fully operational. We are currently staying at the property and using the exact same code without any difficulty. Unfortunately, your inability to operate the gate does not mean that the code or gate was defective. You arrived early, interfered with the cleaning process, misunderstood the published check-in time, and apparently did not operate the gate correctly. Leaving a three-star review and saying “Never again” based on these circumstances is misleading and does not accurately reflect our property or the service we provide.

Great summer trip

The condo is very close to the private beach, and that allowed us to really enjoy the Gulf for days on end. The condo was correctly described and the parking was easy. Well within short walk from coffee, shops, food and rental carts/bikes.

Great gem near the beach

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. Owner left behind a few closets with beach gear that were extremely helpful and eased our way over to the beach. loved the location!

We absolutely enjoyed the place! Everything is so clean, convenient and beautiful. Comfortable and well equipped. Very thoughtful, friendly owners who responded almost immediately. We’re thinking to visit again later in the summer. Highly recommend

Excellent location. Easy beach and pool access. Had two dogs and kid. Close to dog parks and family activities. Clean, quiet and comfy.

Family vacation/ The Owens Family

We have had an amazing time, a great vacation with family and all the condo has to offer is amazing. Lots of patio room outside with a yard area. The pool and hottub are amazing and the beach is nothing short of breathtaking and literally a minute across the road. Being on the 1st floor makes it ao easy to get down to the beach and it very convenient. 10/10 recommend tour family stay here on your bext trip to destin/ Miramar beach.

Everything was perfect. Easy access and condo was amazing, convenient and clean. Had absolutely no issues. Every thing was as advertised. Completely recommend and we look forward to going again.

Great location and cute updated condo!

Had a wonderful stay at this condo with family. The unit is conveniently located on the first floor steps away from the crosswalk leading into the beach. There is construction on property but it’s on the other side away from this unit. Access via keypad is easy to use for both the unit door and beach access gate and codes were provided clearly prior to arrival. The location of this building is convenient for both Destin and Miramar attractions, restaurants, etc.

This condo is located on the first floor which provides easy access to the unit, pool, and the beach. It is one of a few on the first floor that has any view of the gulf. This unit was professionally decorated. I think you will find that this unit is the best value in the whole complex.
