Refreshed & remodeled charming 2-bedroom condo 80 steps away from Miramar Beach

Walk in the door and you know you've found paradise. Granite counters, designer furniture and window coverings. Only 22 steps to the pool and 78 steps to the beach! This first floor unit with a slight gulf view couldn't get any more convenient. You are in easy walking distance to multiple restaurants including pompano joes and the whales tail. Approximately 3 miles down the road is the outlet mall that attract visitors from as far away as atlanta. We purchased this condo due to the fabulous proximity to what destin has to offer, as well the beautiful decor.

Great summer trip

The condo is very close to the private beach, and that allowed us to really enjoy the Gulf for days on end. The condo was correctly described and the parking was easy. Well within short walk from coffee, shops, food and rental carts/bikes.

Family vacation/ The Owens Family

We have had an amazing time, a great vacation with family and all the condo has to offer is amazing. Lots of patio room outside with a yard area. The pool and hottub are amazing and the beach is nothing short of breathtaking and literally a minute across the road. Being on the 1st floor makes it ao easy to get down to the beach and it very convenient. 10/10 recommend tour family stay here on your bext trip to destin/ Miramar beach.

Great gem near the beach

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. Owner left behind a few closets with beach gear that were extremely helpful and eased our way over to the beach. loved the location!

Great spring break spot!

Excellent location. Easy beach and pool access. Had two dogs and kid. Close to dog parks and family activities. Clean, quiet and comfy.

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at this unit. Everything was as advertised when we made our reservation. There is work going on in the development in the units ending with the number 1. This work took away from any view out of the unit. Every communication we had with the owner through VRBO was answered quickly. The only issue we had was taken care of rapidly. We would stay here again.

Worked out well. Location is perfect. Picture of pool/beach supplies misleading. There are things but not in that closet and not all pictured made available.

Highly Recommend

This charming ground floor unit made bringing in luggage and accessing the area a breeze. The location was ideal, steps from the pool, beach and shopping. There is an amazing filled ice cream/ coffee shop a block away that is a must try. The unit was fully stocked with beach accessories and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking, preparing food or drinks. It also had both a single serve and regular coffee maker which I appreciated. TV’s and Wi-Fi were easy to use so zero complaints from the kids. Communication with the host was excellent.

Destin Vacay

The property was clean. One small flaw with sliding doors (it appeared that they did not line up properly to close. They were cracked open about a good two inches on the left side). Also, whoever hung the curtains did a bad job. Found hooks on the floor and some in the bed. 😂 Other than that, it was a great rental property.

Good location and nicely put together.

This unit is cute, very nice and comfortable. The photos online show a water view and it isn’t but is a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. It could have been cleaner: a stain on the master bedspread, sand in the laundryroom, and no laundry supplies were a disappointment. There was an “extra charge” that I can’t get an explanation for for $200 on top of cleaning and tax. The place itself is cute but I won’t stay again.

First Timer

Beaches gorgeous but area is very very busy with traffic compared to other beach locations. Loud music, honking and noise throughout the day until well into the night. Unit was completely fine, bare essentials. All other VRBOs/rentals I’ve stayed at had family games in units, this one did not but had many beach chairs which was very nice. Furniture was dirty and floor had sand. Sliding doors need fixed and/or replaced. Completely fine for a week with kids, but would stay somewhere else if going to Destin again.

Definitely would stay again!!

We usually stay at the Waterscape in Fort Walton, but decided to try something different this year. We are all so glad we did! The room is right by the parking area so it's very conveinient to unload & load up luggage. The chairs & beach toys were such a help on saving money to buy stuff that we would not use again. My husband & I love to run! We truly enjoyed the area & the conveinient sidewalk right outside the condos. Walking distance to many retail shops & across the street to the beach. The beds were very comfy & all the extra items in the condo that Waterscape does not have helped us a lot! Thank you for allowing us to stay. We will definitely be going again!!

Spring Break 2023

The location of this property was amazing. It is one of the end units which was very easy to access. Everything was available that you need for the beach, which was nice that we didn’t have to pack in an already full car. The communication to the property owner was hit and miss. We tried contacting 2 days early to see if we could extend our stay, and never received a call back. But when we arrived and the parking passes were not left for us he answered right away and within an hour they brought us the passes. All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great trip all around

The property it self was in the pefect location and the private beech was wonderful! The pool was great and the hot was small but equally fantastic. The beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and sand toy were fabulous. Even though we were all adults the shovel and buckets came in handy to dig a 3x3ft hole to bury my daughter. The condo was as advertised with a few flaws,There was construction going on on our corner of the property with scaffolding right outside our patio so that was a nogo zone until nite.also the day we left we wanted to go see the sunrise 1 more time and went to the beach.came back and the door lock passcode to get inside didnt work anymore. It was 7am check out wasn't till 10 or 11 i think . luckily we left the patio door unlocked. This couldve been a fluke and no harm no fowl.all in all a great place minus the construction. Will come back again of ots available

Great location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with things you need. I was happy there was a keurig machine and there is a washer dryer but need to bring detergent. The beach chairs were in a bedroom closet which we almost didn’t find but there were several nice ones. There was a boogie board and two noodles. Almost no beach toys for kids tho. It was quiet overall and the pool was nice. You cannot beat the location across from the beach - so convenient. The main cons are that the host was not easy to contact at all and the first night we were there I had to go to a 24hr gas station at 5AM to get a 9V battery for the smoke detector that wouldn’t stop beeping in the middle of the night. That was extremely frustrating! Lastly, there was hardly any cell service in the apartment (we have Verizon) which was annoying.

Miramar Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The condo was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint about the unit was the lack of any storage space for food. All cabinets were full of pots and pans. We loved having a ground floor unit with the ease of in and out with our dog. The complex is quiet and the pool and hot tub were clean and heated well. Loved the easy access across the street from the beach. Lots of beach chairs and toys to use from the unit. Beach towels would have been nice. Communication with the owner could have been better. A realtor came unannounced and opened up the unit with no warning while we were in there. No communication with the owner either before or after the intrusion. All in all, we highly recommend this unit.

Week at Emerald Waters

Upon entrance to this condo, we were disappointed. The landscape was in need of a redo. Right outside the back patio door was a puddle of muddy water with an "inside" rug laying in the mud. It was not a relaxing view from the outside patio due to this seen. The day before we left a grounds crew came in and put down pine straw throughout the condo complex. This helped the appearance a lot but so wish it would have been done upon arrival. In the guest bedroom, the closet doors did not open and close properly. There was not a dresser in the bedroom to put away your clothes. This condo was clean and had plenty of towels and kitchen necessities to use. The pool is small but kept very clean and enjoyable. This was not my favorite place to stay but the water at the beach was beautifully clear and enjoyable.

This condo is located on the first floor which provides easy access to the unit, pool, and the beach. It is one of a few on the first floor that has any view of the gulf. This unit was professionally decorated. I think you will find that this unit is the best value in the whole complex.
