Looking for a fun fall getaway? November and early December is a great time to visit Destin. Do some holiday shopping, relax before the holidays, or just enjoy the fall weather and quiet time at the beach.
You will instantly relax into vacation mode when you walk through the door of this 2nd floor gulf-front condo. Maravilla 2209 has gorgeous direct, unobstructed views of the Gulf of America from the kitchen, the living room and the master bedroom. This non-smoking unit is pet-friendly to small lap-type dogs and will accommodate 6 people comfortably. It is conveniently located between 2 elevators.

The living area provides plenty of seating options with comfy furniture and a sleeper sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress. There's even a desk so, if you really need to, you can get a little work done. Wireless internet is available throughout the unit so you can quickly share your beach photos with friends. The kitchen has updated cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. The cupboards are fully stocked for cooking and baking.

The master bedroom has a comfy king bed and Smart TV. The large closet and a chest of drawers provide plenty of storage. The ensuite bath has a bathtub/shower and plenty of towels. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV. Across the hall, the second bathroom has a walk-in glass enclosed shower. If you need to do a load of wash, there is also a full-size front-load washer and dryer.

The balcony is a great place to start and end your day. Relax in one of the comfy chairs or sit at the bistro table where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins in the morning. As the day winds down, you can enjoy a beautiful sunset as you relax on the balcony.

Maravilla is a popular, family-oriented resort with direct access to the beach on our new beach ramp! Here you will be provided with complimentary beach service including 2 chairs and an umbrella (seasonal March - October). Maravilla has two pools - one gulf-front and one heated near the whirlpool, work-out room, pickleball and tennis courts, shuffleboard and a basketball hoop. There is also a brand NEW covered picnic area with a number of charcoal grills.

Plus if want to take a jog or go for a walk, there are miles of walking paths overlooking the beach. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the Miramar Beach and Destin area, some within walking distance (Pompano Joes, Kenny D's). We are also close to an upscale mall and an outlet mall or take the kids to The Track to ride the go-carts and play mini-golf. Maravilla is a gated community with gated entrances from both Hwy 98 or Scenic Gulf Drive so it's easy to venture out.
