Lodge at Lincoln Station

Consider it home away from home. Please scroll down and read the entire listing. This will answer most of your questions. Very clean and comfortable, one bedroom condo. Second floor. Mountain view The unit is fully-equipped, (TOWELS AND LINENS ONLY WITH WEEKLY RENTALS) Towels and sheets are available for an extra fee of $30. You need to request this PRIOR to your arrival and I will send you a link to pay the $30 fee.There are plenty of blankets and pillows. Please note
Kitchen has undercounter fridge but no freezer . Small freezer in closet. Microwave convection oven. Built in 5 burner electric stovetop. Keurig coffee machine so bring k cups of your choice. Check in is 3pm and check out is 11 am

There is during ski season a free shuttle to Loon Mountain which is only one mile away. In the building enjoy the great room with a huge fireplace. Also enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and sauna. (NO seasonal rental)

Very good location to explore and hike the White Mountain National Forest. Fall colors were stunning. The condo worked very well for us (2 people) : ample room. Short walk to some restaurants, short drive to others. It earns its 5 star rating from me but the unit does need better lighting.

This was a great stay for 2 people and priced right. We each had our own beds/rooms and the modern amenities made us very comfortable. The pool/hot tub/sauna was a great feature after a day on the slopes. Everything was easy to access, including the perfect few restaurants right in front of the condo. Highly recommend and will return, as long as the price stays where it is.

Weekend Ski Getaway

Owner was extremely helpful when an issue getting into the property arose. Immediately answers the phone & assisted in getting us into the unit. Overall, very clean and well kept. The perfect spot to stay if you're looking to explore Lincoln or ski at local mountains, especially Loon. Shuttle service to Loon Mtn. was prompt and very friendly.

Close to everything

This condo was great for my family of 3. We were right by some awesome hiking, stores, restaurants, views and even some great kid attractions. Property was as described and the indoor pool was perfect for our one rainy day.

Wonderful location for Fall Foliage Tour

We stayed in Lincoln, NH, as our base for our fall foliage tour, and this condo was a wonderful base camp. We are a family of 4 with two teen daughters, and we had plenty of space. The second bed is a queen-sized futon with a nice, thick mattress. However, we were only in the condo for two nights, and the linens were not included. It would have been nice to have had linens. The kitchen is tiny, but useful, and we enjoyed being able to make our own dinner.

DON’T ASSUME! Like we did.

First of all this is a very nice and comfortable place. Everything was provided. EXCEPT TOWELS AND LINENS! Robert’s description does state this fact. If it did when we booked it months before then it’s our bad that we missed it. In his listing of amenities however, it does indeed state that they are provided. THEY AIN’T!!! We’ve travelled a LOT and have NEVER encountered this. So pay attention and don’t assume. Robert made it very clear to me that he makes his own rules. Got it? Otherwise, it’s nice and convenient to the west side of the Kancamagus Highway and Franconia Notch SP. The Flume Gorge was exceptionally nice. With all my belly aching about the towels and linens we would not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo was very nice. The laundry room is very nice. No pool or hot tub, as they were undergoing maintenance. Our only issue was not reading the fine print. If you are not renting for a week you will have no linens. We rented for two days on a New England adventure. The night before I reread the confirmation. I reached out to the owner and he confirmed, no linens. The next morning on our drive from Maine we had to purchase two sets of queen sheets, towels and washcloths for a two night stay. After this he said I could possibly rent them from his cleaning service. Too late. I contacted him again and suggested that maybe he should add that possibility to his website so people wouldn't be caught by surprise. He explained the contract was very clear. So renter beware..less than a week's stay, bring your own towels and sheets or find a property that provides linens. Although it added an additional $100 to our budget for offbrand linens, it didn't go to waste. On a drive through Brooklyn, we donated them to a homeless man.

This condo was perfect for us! Very quiet and comfortable to relax after our busy day. My husband and I brought our coffee pot rather than use the Keurig because we like to have a couple of cups in the morning and fill our mugs to go. We would love to stay here again.

Loon Mountain Weekend

The Lodge at Lincoln Station was clean, comfortable, easy to access and in a terrific location. More amenities than we utilized this time. We would not hesitate to book a future stay

Weekend hiking

Wanted to stay in the Whites to hang out a couple of the 48. Loved the availability of a kitchen for dinner and breakfast. Comfy space and great pool/hot tub and sauna amenities available after a long hike. Def would book again on our next time up

Great little spot

The condo was clean and neat with all that you need to cook (stovetop, microwave, fridge, freezer). The location was great , just a minute from the restaurants and shops in Lincoln. The check in was easy and the owner was easy to reach and made the process easy.

This property was so clean. It was so close to all the fun stuff Lincoln offers! We will definitely stay here again. The Lodge itself had so much to offer with the pool, sauna, hot tub, and arcade. Not a dull moment. The condo was clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice place!!!!

The property was very nice,location was easily accessed. We went to visit our son and family whom recently moved to Plymouth NH. It was only a 25 min drive so it worked well. Just a suggestion be a good idea to have some plastic glasses and a few more tea spoons.. Other than that rock solid!!!!! Thank you for a pleasant stay.
