The Condo is located in a great location to get to many National Parks and attractions. The Condo is very nice, clean and comfortable with ample room. When I return back to New Hampshire, I will definitely rent this again!

Comfortable and accommodated 2 couples easily. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. Very convenient to skiing, and great views!

Overall our visit was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool and were thrilled by the river swimming. Enough sleeping areas and 2 full baths which was great. We were told we had gym favorites and heated pool at the Nordic Inn but our host had not paid his dues there. The contact for first chair property management quickly straightened it out for us. Lots to do in the area. Very enjoyable vacation.

Great place, right down the street from Loon. Super comfortable. Pan selection was ok. Couple non-stick pans had seen better days. Very surprised there wasn't a book with detailed instructions for things. Been staying in vaca rentals forever and all have had a book for TV operations, what to do with linens/towels, and dishes etc...Overall great place.

The location was right where we wanted to be. The condo was in good condition and everything was in good working order. Unit was clean and as pictured.

Beautiful!

The condo was clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and peaceful! We enjoyed seeing Mt. Washington, and seeing the Flume.

Close & cozy

We had really nice time with our kids at this spot! Very close to the mountain and big enough for all of us to enjoy and hang out. The couches were really a plus. Five recliners made watching the playoffs super fun, and the beds and bedrooms worked out great.

Enjoyed our stay. Close to the slopes. My only comments. We bought tissue boxes for the unit. I would throw away the best up fry pans (page) and get new ones not scratched. Could use a spice rack. Overall great place. Water pressure great in showers

Great location in quiet area of Lincoln.

We enjoyed Lost River, The Cog Railway, mini golf and some great restaurants during our short stay. the condo is clean and well stocked. The rec room is okay but the pool table was in sad shape. Nice pool but we did not have time to use it. Overall good stay.

Although there were activities listed, there really weren't any available. As far as the rental, it was comfortable but dated. The washing machine was very loud as was the outdated dishwasher. The kitched was well stocked. Loved the electric tea kettle. There is a lot to do in the area in the fall, especially if you enjoy hiking.

No hot tub/indoor pool access

The amenities "passes" do not work. They will not let you in without a code, and Vacasa was unable to provide one at any point in our weeklong stay. The actual unit was great and this would be a 5 star review, except for the fake amenities.
