Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Kids did not really care about the hot tub, but spent more time on the gas fire pit. Sleeps 8, we had 7. Could use more chairs or a bench by the fire pit or on the deck to match.

Nice Stay for Family Reunion

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were satisfied with the property overall. The location was great and accommodated a very large group in multiple cabins spread across the resort. The grounds are beautiful and the landscaping is thoughtfully laid out so that the cabins feel private despite being close to one another. The sinks and counters were spotless upon arrival, but the rest of the cabin could have used a little more attention (unflushed toilet upon arrival, for example). Thankfully, we had disinfectant cleaner in our travel items because there were no cleaning items available in the unit aside from a little dish soap. The property management company was very professional and responsive. The check in and check out processes were easy.

Cowboy Way Lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very clean and comfortable with a great location. What surprised me was the cupboards were bare. There was one role of toilet paper per bathroom although it sleeps up to 8 and we had 7 people. Two dishwashing tablets which didn't go far when 7 people are eating and using plates/utensils. No toiletries were provided such as shampoo. I'm not expecting personal amenities to be overabundant but to have nothing available was strange. Even Airbnb's provide some things, but the cabin had nothing. For the price of the rental, I suggest that some items as listed be provided as many people don't show up with dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc. to last a few days with 7 people sharing the cabin.

Anniversary Stay - Cowboy Way

We were visiting the Gatlinburg area for the first time, and received a whopping 20" of snow during our stay! The cabin was nice and cozy, and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub during the snow. The cabin was nice and clean. We found the bed to be a bit hard for our liking, but managed fine. Communication with Elk Springs was very good and we would definitely stay here again

A quiet place in the smokies

The cabin was clean beautiful and big enough for us to spread out. It was in a quiet area but with easy access and not high in the mountain on windy roads. It was an easy drive to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
