Family Reunion Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have found a better location for our family get together. The cabin was comfortable and so spacious with so many amenities available. The price was so much better than staying at a hotel and having a large living space for us to be able to gather together to watch television and share stories made the stay even more pleasant. Everything was clean and homey. We highly recommend this great resort.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and couldn’t have asked for more. The location (close to the artist loop) was great and we enjoyed the fire table each night and the hot tub as well! The kids loved watching movies on the comfy sofa and I appreciate that it is a pet friendly cabin. Communication was amazing before and during our stay. I would absolutely stay again!

Blackjack

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. I feel like the cabin could have been cleaner and the biggest disappointment was the sewer smell outside. We couldnt enjoy the hot tub or sitting by the fire due to smell. There was nails hanging out of the wood by bathroom on main level which ripped brand new pants that still had tags on it .
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 26 feb. 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very glad you enjoyed the location, but we are truly sorry that other aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. The sewer odor you described is absolutely not the experience we want for our guests, especially when it prevents you from enjoying the hot tub and fire pit. We take concerns like this very seriously and will have our maintenance team investigate immediately to identify and resolve the issue. We also sincerely apologize for the exposed nails near the bathroom. That is a safety concern and should never have been overlooked. We will address this right away to ensure its repaired properly. We are very sorry to hear about your new pants being damaged — we understand how frustrating that must have been. Your comments regarding cleanliness have also been shared with our housekeeping team for review and improvement. Please know that we keep staff on hand to happily assist with any cabin issues during your stay 24/7. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us make necessary corrections. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide the five-star experience we aim to deliver. We encourage guests to book direct and save up to 15% on your booking!

Cabin was very clean. Hot tub was also very clean. Had an issue with the fire put but property management was very quick to respond and fixed the issue. We liked that the grill was plumbed for gas as well. Made it much easier than dealing with LP or charcoal.
