Just a short 10 minute and convenient drive from Elk Springs Resort, this BRAND NEW cabin is located in Bear Foot Mountain Resort. Luxury furniture and accessories await in this large yet cozy and romantic 1 bedroom cabin. Suite includes fireplace, jacuzzi tub, king size bed and private deck with hot tub. Enjoy the unrestricted views of the Smoky Mountains from your deck with gas grill, outdoor fireplace and sounds of the creek below. Unwind to a movie in front of the fireplace while watching on the 55" flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD and surround sound system. Fully equipped upscale kitchen with dining space for 4. A total of 4 fireplaces in this cabin including the bath! Due to many amenities in this cabin, it is limited to Adults only with a maximum occupancy of 2.

Outdoor fire-pit stocked with firewood and picnic area just a 1 minute walk from this cabin!

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Lovely log cabin despite housekeeping issues we still enjoyed ourselves and will be back. We also saw a beautiful black bear walking across our driveway from our kitchen window as I made coffee .I didn’t believe it when I watched other videos about the black bears

Nice Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Moonstruck was a very clean & nice cabin. We had a great view from the top floor, but the lower floor was surrounded by trees and large shrubs. This blocked our view of the mountains. However, it did make it very private. We liked the location. It wasn’t hard to get to. . It is a few miles from Gatlinburg, but we didn’t mind that. It was a very quiet area. We did have some problems getting the shower to work right. I think the pictures of the lower outside need to be updated. However, we would stay there again.

Better than advertised!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first cabin rental for vacation anywhere, so naturally I was a little skeptical of the photos and amenities being “oversold”! Boy was I wrong, if anything, they understated the view and features. Far enough away from the lights of the attractions to provide privacy & solace, but close enough to be convenient for anything you would choose to do. We hit at peak foliage and the vistas were breathtaking. The amenities and provisions of the cabin were as advertised or better. Sometimes you expect the “lesser” appliances, but they were full sized, in perfect working order and more than met our needs. We received all of the appropriate communication before and during our stay, with one very minor item mentioned on their first call. They promptly attended to the matter, texting when it was completed as we were out of the cabin, and later texted to verify our satisfaction with the remedy. This unit would be perfect for any season! We highly recommend and will certainly book here again.

Great cabin; Poor housekeeping

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this cabin for one week for a honeymoon. A few hours before we wanted to get to bed, I pulled back the sheets to find multiple black hairs under the comforter on the white sheets. Had maintenance bring a new set @ 9:30 PM; new bedding had hair on them. Found more stray black hairs everywhere (shower, living room, kitchen, steps, bedroom) Shoutout to Adam, the maintenance tech for bringing us more bedding. Housekeeping needs some serious work. Called to see about getting issue resolved once on checkout, never called back. Called myself two days later, was told it was going to be escalated. Still no answer

Moonstruck Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Moonstruck cabin had absolutely stunning views and amenities. However I did have numerous problems from booking the trip, reporting maintenance problems, and attempting to contact property management. First problem with booking was it took nearly 2 hours for anyone to answer to book the cabin, I had previously sent emails and left voicemails before but no answer. Upon arrival at the cabin it was very clean and seemed well maintained. Unfortunately I had problems out of the dryer turning on at random during the middle of the night. After calling maintenance they sent a technician out who plugged it back in and said it was good to go. That night it had the exact same problem. The only other issue was we did not have propane in the outdoor fireplaces. It is summer so I can understand it. Overall the cabin was great but the customer service was subpar at best.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and very nice cabin. Overall the cabin (Moonstruck)was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in the same one last year. We didn’t cook, but did use the oven on one occasion to warm some food. The oven was disgusting. Obviously had not been cleaned at all. The racks were covered with a greasy coating and the oven surfaces were filthy. Very disappointing.
