Fantastic week of fishing. Everything you need is close. Great food, boat ramp near-by. I would recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Alexandria Bay Area.

The “Bird houses” as the locals call it are the best place to stay!! The boat house and boat garage were perfect!! The property is spotless and had everything you needed to enjoy your time on the River. Great communication with the owners and can’t wait to come back!

Lisa was great, the place had a couple upgrades from when we stayed two years ago. She was kind enough to offer an early check-in which gave us an extra afternoon on the water. Overall a great experience.

Overall, the property was clean and a good setup for a family. The master bedroom is a tad small with the king size bed in there, but very comfortable place to sleep and well kept. The host was great, and very responsive. It was nice the kids had their own space upstairs. Great place! The boat garage was great!

Very enjoyable property in all regards. Convenient access to the river. Boat garage was a new experience for me but really nice for keeping the boat safe and secure. Extra refrigerator/freezer space in the boat garage was nice for fishing, bait, beverages and keeping extra ice. The boat garage also had a hose with a nice sprayer which was useful for spraying down the floor of my boat. As for the accommodations, the living space was very clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The electronic reclining couches were super comfortable. The kitchen was properly stocked with all of the tools and utensils you would need to cook pretty much anything. Convenient stacked washer and dryer was a nice thing to have since we were staying for a full week. There was a nice selection of board games. Our host, Lisa, was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had, and made the entire booking process very smooth and easy. Overall, this property was a great value for the price, was a great experience, and I have nothing negative to say about it. Would definitely consider booking this property again!

Property was clean, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The boat garage was an added bonus as it allowed us a secure place to keep our boat. Lisa is great to work with and was very responsive to any questions that I had.
