Beautiful ocean views & walking distance to the beach.

Our Maine cottage has hardwood floors, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances, including gas range/oven, dishwasher, & microwave, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people with 1 queen bed & 1 full & 1 twin bed. An AC unit in the living-room cools the entire cottage. The marble-tiled bathroom has a shower & pedestal sink. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water to enjoy after a day at the beach or just for fun. The backyard deck has beautiful views of the ocean, including Nubble Light & Boone Island. Dine al fresco after using the outside gas grill or inside in front of the large picture window facing the ocean. Or dine out at The Lobster Cove restaurant, just a short walk away.
*Please note that this cottage is not designed or equipped for guests with limited mobility. There are stairs leading to the front entrance, as well as stairs from the deck to the backyard. The bathroom and bedrooms are not wheelchair accessible, and interior doorways and spaces may be difficult to navigate with a wheelchair or other mobility device.
