What a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay for vacation! Host was very welcoming and helpful. Location is very convenient, super close to the beach, corner store and bathhouse. House was very clean. Would highly recommend and stay here again

Awesome stay! Clean & quaint! Perfect walk to the ocean!

Owner was great!! We were invited to use the BBQ & the picnic tables. We had a lot of family in town, so it was perfect!

Cozy little cottage just steps from Long Sands Beach

It has just enough beds for us without being cramped. I enjoy making breakfast and lunch in the comfy kitchen. It's steps to the beach and an easy drive to all that York has to offer.

Just perfect!

My son and I had a little “mom and me” couple of days away and this was the perfect spot!Just large enough for us, but could definitely the rest of our family of four being comfortable here, too.I’ve been coming to York beach for almost 40 years and this is the best location I’ve had - I was thrilled to see how close to the bath house it was!The yard was just big enough to eat outdoors The owners were so friendly

Can’t wait to do it again!!!

This was the BEST forks get away ever!!! It is a magical location so close to the beach, cozy clean, it’s just right!!! We absolutely had a great time! The hosts are so accommodating and responsive!! Thank you so much we can’t wait to come back again!!!

Great location

Clean, easy, comfortable, convenient. Host very friendly and makes entire process simple. Only slight complaint is no exterior outlet for ev charging.

Amazing!

We had such a great time. The cottage was clean and cute and so convenient to the beach. It really was the perfect place. I hope it’ll be available for us to book next year!

Stayed again!

This spot has such wonderful beach access. Place is clean and comfortable, and has everything we need. And Dave is so attentive and helpful. We will be back.

Sweet cottage in great location

The cottage is clean and cute. The location is terrific - 1 short block walk to a wonderful beach. The hosts were helpful with information about the area. The kitchen had everything needed for a short stay with minimal cooking. Good water pressure and shower. We enjoyed our early September stay.

Nice, convenient location.

Very nice, clean house. Great location. The owners came over to speak with us. They couldn’t have been nicer people. Would recommend!

What wonderful host David and Lisa were ! We were more than happy with our little place for the week ! Everything was so clean and we had everything we needed. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants, honestly we couldn’t have asked for more.Thank you David and Lisa for being so welcoming…. Clean. Has all necessities. Easy to check in. Terrific location to beach/bathhouse. Good communication with owner. Now has a store/deli/ice cream/coffee on corner. Easy to recommend highly.

Best location

Cute cozy and functional, had everything we needed and more! Straight extremely short walk to beach stairs which thrilled our girls. Everything we needed was in the cottage from a pair of scissors to full ice trays. Got to meet Lisa and she was wonderful. We had a fantastic stay and didn’t need a thing while we were there, but I’m sure the host would have taken care of it. Thank you so much and we look forward to hopefully coming again!

Small space but so close to the beach!

We had family on blueberry lane so this cottage was a perfect spot to walk to the beach and walk to them! Bring fans it can get warm inside! No A/C!
