Our two bedroom, two full baths (master bath has walk in shower), deluxe condo is located in Tower 3 directly on the ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and dining room for a spectacular panoramic view of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean with a large LCD flat screen smart TV. The dining room, also with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean, seats six with a breakfast bar that seats an additional three. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32'' flat screen TV with cable and private bath with large walk-in shower. Beach chairs in master bedroom closet. Guest bedroom has two full-size beds, 32" flat screen TV with cable, and access to the second full bath. Kitchen has been completely renovated and is fully-equipped with everything you will need to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple snack, or you can dine at Oceans Restaurant or pizza shop or many restaurants in close proximity. You can pick up a cup of Starbucks coffee at Edgie's (under Tower 1), which also serves ice cream, Krispy Cream donuts and Danish. Also has items you might have forgotten to pack. On site rentals for parasailing, jet skis, banana boat rides, beach chairs & umbrellas. Condo has full size washer and dryer. All linens are provided, EXCEPT BEACH TOWELS.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Free wifi available at no cost to our guests. Keyless entry (number code). Edgewater is a gated resort with 24/7 security. MUST BE 25 years old or older to rent and MUST be staying at the condo the entire term of rental. Identification will be checked by the guard upon entry to the resort to verify age. If you are not 25 or older, your rental fee will be forfeited.

To receive your car pass, you must register seven to ten days prior to your arrival and pay $30. Car pass will be at the gate upon arrival. Instructions for registration will be in the packet I mail to you after final payment is made.

NO SMOKING is allowed in the condo. Please respect this and smoke only outside on the balcony. Thank you.
