'Osprey's Nest' Lower prices for August! Lovely condo, close to attractions.

This is a lovely,spacious (1366 sq. ft.), designer updated unit with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, where you can watch the sun set on the world's most Beautiful beaches! Floor to ceiling windows in the dining and living rooms provide unlimited views of the Gulf. There are two living areas (one for tv and the other for reading and just looking at the gulf). Granite counters and new stainless appliances are a highlight in the kitchen, which comes fully equipped. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bath with a tiled walk-in shower and the 2nd bath is accessed from the guest bedroom as well as the main hallway. A bunk room was recently added. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. A full sized washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. All common areas are tile with area rugs. The bedrooms have new carpet. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided along with beach toys for the kids. The unit is equipped with free wifi and a smart TV.

The property features a full service restaurant and bar, 11,000 sq. ft. Lagoon pool (9 pools on property), heated pool in front of the unit, spa, fitness center with wellness activities, 12 plexicusion tennis courts, 9 hole executive golf course with pro shop, free golf cart transportation within the resort, a game room, and of course the the beach!

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, and being just steps away from the beach made our trip even better.The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shopping, and attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. All the beds were very comfortable and had plenty of space.Just was the best. She was responsive and easy to work with, making check-in and check-out a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay or a better renter and would definitely book this condo again on our next trip to Panama City Beach. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The Harrison’s were quick to respond if something came up that we needed. Lots of room and extras. The beach chairs and pool toys were an extra bonus! The view is beautiful and being able to see the tower pool and hot tub is a huge plus!

Great stay

Lovely location. Bring your own dish soap and laundry. Also your own shower products. The views were to die for. The place provided plenty of space and was relaxing.

Thanks for the review. We do have dish soap, cascade and laundry pods in the unit. Not sure why they weren't there - so sorry. I used to have shower products, but discovered that guests generally brought their own. Maybe I was wrong - what do you think? Judy

Beautiful little getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views of the gulf are beautiful. The heated pool was a must have and we loved it! Would definitely love to stay here again!

PCB stay

Overall stay was great. There was an Ironman at the complex so parking was a little tricky, but it was fun to watch the race from the balcony. Pools were great, beach was easily accessible.

Ocean View Condo!

Great location for a fun girls weekend. Judy and Bruce were lovely hosts and everything was clean and well equipped at the condo. We had a fantastic weekend and look forward to returning.

Awesome Stay!

Awesome place to stay! Very open inside, very clean, conveniently located close to the elevators. Check in was simple and owner was very quick to respond to my questions (only had 2) . Highly recommend renting this place! I'll be back!

Great view and great condo!

We had a wonderful stay here. It has everything you can think of, all the beach toys and lots of kitchen gadgets! The resort is awesome for kids! Judy was an amazing communicator! Loved it!

I have been a teacher for 38 years and my husband has spent nearly that long in th CPA business. We live on small farm an hour north of the beach with our two dogs and four horses. We have five grandchildren who absolutely love going to the beach and for whom this condo has become a second home.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Edgewater was and is the most desirable of beach locations.This is a gated community with full time security. My husband and I both enjoy the 9 hole executive golf course and the kids love the beautiful lagoon pool. Edgewater has the amenitites that make it a premier resort (spa, daily wellness program, 12 plexcusion tennis courts, manicured grounds, conference center, 12 pools including the lagoon) and when I come through the gate, I feel as though I have entered paradise. Once within the compound, there is no need to leave.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We go out the door, down the elevator and onto the beach and are spoiled by the convenience. 10 minutes from Edgewater is Pier Park - a large outdoor shopping complex which hosts many restaurants and an ampitheatre where you can bring your lawn chair and listen to the free entertainment. The area is also home to Gulf World, sport complexes, and a zoo.
