This place was amazing. So much room. Very clean. The back porch was amazing. We only had 1 issue with a gate code, but the host was super responsive.

Huge property! Perfect for large families, close to many amenities and very quiet and safe area. Great backyard, over looking the river. Would highly recommend.

This house is located in a gated RV park and it is right on the river. The house has everything you could need including a huge deck and yard, corn hole, baseball, frisbee and sidewalk chalk. We were traveling for work with our 8 month old son and our dog and this place was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful back yard and every amenity to make you feel right at home! The host was pleasant to work with, place was very clean, spacious, and super comfy beds. We are planning on a return visit when we have time to make it a pleasure trip and not business. A family BBQ in that back yard would be memorable for sure! Thank you for sharing your home.

The home is accessed through a nightly-rental RV park. In fact it is part of the RV resort. Do not let that scare you. There are no permanent RV sites. These are travelers. Although the home is older, it is very clean and very well maintained. It is spacious, especially the living room and kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are large and have newer carpeting. The only downside is that it has only one bathroom. The rear covered deck is huge! It has ample, comfortable furniture. It a fabulous space for a large family to get together. The rear yard is large and very private. Our only wish was that the river side of the yard was fenced, perhaps with a 4' wire fence, so we could let our dogs run. The rest of the yard has a 6' to 8' privacy fence. There is a large dog run with a complete, 6' fence. Downtown Roseburg is maybe 10 to 15 minutes away. Grocery stores and other conveniences are only a mile away. When we go to Roseburg, we will look here first. This is a great find!

This was a very lovely property. There was a fenced in kennel for a dog. The patio area was very large with a BBQ, gas fire pit and lots of furniture. We celebrated an engagement party. You can easily walk to the river to fish or just sit on the bench. The house was very large and had a lot of extras (spices, oils, packaged food, etc). The house is located in an RV Park which we didn't realize but that was no problem at all. It is a very safe and secure property! Thank you to our wonderful hosts.

Deck and outside space is beautiful and great for outdoor hosting family and friends. Beautiful home excellant space. Good kitchen too. Clean and inviting.

Love River House!!!!!This is my second stay.This time had a family party with around 30 people, kids...Lots of space for all. Immaculate home. The park management is very responsive to needs while maintaining privacy. Great spot.
