Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort, includes complimentary Golf Cart use and Linens Package.

Inside, there is a smart TV in every room with Cable TV/Spectrum App
Eat-in Kitchen - with table & island seating a total of 9 ppl

Complimentary use of one (1) Golf Cart.

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

**Guest Agreement signature required within 24 hours of booking
**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Complimentary use of Owner's GOLF CART for licensed drivers age 21+. Golf Cart Waiver required. Driver's License upload Required for each driver
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Great stay!

Very well maintained house. Kitchen well stocked, golf cart great and even had great beach chairs. Communications from owners was fantastic. Would definitely rent from them again!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From cruising Ocean Lakes in Zippy the golf cart to frozen slushies and piling onto the big comfy couch, this place had everything we needed for the perfect beach getaway! 🌴🍹☀️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved our stay at MH63A! The house was perfect, but the extras really made it—Zippy the golf cart was a blast, the slushy maker was such a fun touch, and the huge comfy couch was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. 🌊☀️ Everything felt welcoming, fun, and made for a great vacation. Just was super responsive and accommodating! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous Vacation!

I have worked with Kim from Beach Stay Getaway before and I can't say enough good things about her! Great communication, super easy to work with and makes the whole rental experience a breeze! As for the house...it was great too! The house was in a prime location, kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, silverware and pots/pans. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had a fabulous set-up as far as the bathrooms and bedrooms. Having that extra 1/2 bath in the hall was awesome, you don't have to have everyone coming in your personal bathroom all the time. The house had plenty of beach chairs to use which is a huge plus for someone like me that doesn't have room in the car to bring your own. I have to admit I had my doubts about the golf cart that was provided, she looked like she was middle-aged like me, but I have to say she lived up to her name, which is Zippy, she sure was! All in all, I highly recommend both Kim and the house! Kim, I will be talking to you at the beginning of the year to plan next summer's vaca!

One hiccup the first day but Kim was quick respond and truly helped us. I would have a word with cleaners and linen staff as they dropped the ball but Lim was quick to make it right…

Amazing rental house

We rented MH63A for a week I June and my family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The house was very clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of room throughout the house for the 7 of us. We really enjoyed the Slushy Maker. We used the Washer and Dryer after a few days and that cut down on the amount of clothing we needed up bringing. All appliances were in great working order.
