Very friendly host. Property was very clean, spacious, and an excellent value! Apple Maps displays the address weird but Ivan left detailed instructions on how to access the property. 10/10 would stay again.

Lovely home with a very comfortable layout and a nice lanai. I truly felt right at home! The location was wonderful—within walking distance to downtown Sweetwater, restaurants, coffee shops, and’s the best creamery I’ve been to and more.Ivan was a great host and everything ran smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this sweet little home and would happily stay here again!

Only problem was the sheets were very rough. We enjoyed or stay.

There are five different sets of linens available in the master walk-in closet to suit guest preferences: cotton, polyester blend, and cotton flannel.

The home was very welcoming and made us feel relaxed and at ease. We were hoping to have some time to kick back and recharge. This property allowed us to do that!! Very neat and clean. Everything you needed to make a great meal was there, they remembered the little things..yes all utensils available. This is close to stores and restaurants. Extremely delicious homemade ice cream in Sweetwater…a must visit if you’re in the area. Ivan was always available and so kind. Felt like family. I’d stay again and would recoup everyone. Thank you Ivan.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything was as described. Our dog loved the yard! The only minor request is to add a coffee pot. My cowboy coffee failed so Mickey D’s to the rescue. We came to visit extended family and would definitely stay here again.
