Relaxing getaway on shuttle route! Walk to Deer Valley lift!

This 800 sq ft condo was redecorated in 2013 with new furniture, appliances, fresh paint and new flooring in 2016! It is located on street level for your convenience. Parking and coin laundry facilities are in our secure parking garage downstairs. Two flat screen TVs, one DVD player, secure Wifi, and a wood fireplace. This warm and cozy condo is the perfect place for your vacation!

Free shuttle: Stops just outside condo (25 yards)
Snow Park Ski Lift: .2 miles
Main Street: 1.5 miles or 5 minute shuttle ride
Park City Mountain Resort: 2.5 miles or 10 minute shuttle ride

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a great location, an easy walk to Deer Valley Amphitheater, and the ponds across the street were nice as well. The condo was clean and well stocked, quiet and comfortable! Highly recommend.

Snug and Comfy

It was a good place for a family. 2 in the king bed and 2 on the pullout does work and is snug. Works well with the space provided. Walk to the lift is not bad. Underground garage parking is great!

Perfect location

lovely condo, walking distance to the St. Regis for dinner and drinks and to ski at Snow Park. Perfect if you don't have a car.

Ski Deer Valley

Location was exactly as advertised. Cleand and fantastic location if you want to ski Deer Valley or watch the freestyle competitions. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent second stay

This was our second stay at the property and everything was just as good as the first time. The hosts were very helpful and quick on communication. Location is perfect for skiing at Deer Valley.

Good stay

I liked the 1 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with underground garage access. Hosts did attempt to provide everything. There were alot of towels,with face towels which I appreciated. The coffee provided was very good though could have used another one. My partner drinks strong black English tea but they did not have that. The heating system was very loud and woke us up. Perhaps some insulation would help?

Amazing!

Wow! What a perfect venue to enjoy the beautiful Deer Valley! So close to the mountain and the shuttle to go downtown right at the door. The place is beautiful, practical, big enough for a family for sure. Will come back ! :)

Super cute and convenient

This place was absolutely perfect if you are skiing at Deer Valley. You can walk to the lodge and your car is safely tucked away out of the snow in the underground garage. A short drive to downtown Park City. Amenities are great. An easy, comfy stay.

Great Location

We stayed 2 months plus. Parking was easy and we were able to enter without stairs. Kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware etc. Linens were ample. Manager/host were v responsive.

Great location for Deer Valley

We loved our stay here. Everything about our trip was so easy - it’s a 2 min drive from Snow Park Lodge. We never took the shuttle but saw loads of shuttle in front of lodge. We love Deer Valley and part of the reason why is this apartment. We plan on coming back. They left a ziplock bag that had everything you need for the laundry room - quarters, detergent and softener. The couch pulls out into a bed so fits 4 people perfectly. The apartment has all the essentials you need for the week.

Short walk to ski mountain

Very nice condo, a short walk (5 minutes) from the base of the ski mountain. Also, a short walk to the St. Regis hotel for luxury restaurants/bars.

Great spot!

This was a great spot for everything we wanted on our trip: a short walk to the Deer Valley base; steps from the bus stop to town; all the essentials and more inside. The whole process was smooth and the hosts were very responsive. Can't recommend enough!

Ski Trip Presidents’ Day 2024

This place was exactly what we were looking for. If you have a small group, would highly recommend this vacation rental. This was our first trip to Park City and Deer Valley resort. We cannot wait to visit again.

Great stay

Enjoyed staying at this property in Deer Valley. Super comfortable and great convenient location, I was there for a conference and was able to walk everywhere i needed to go. There is a bus stop right outside too. Condo was well appointed, great amenities, and fantastic as a base. Would recommend and stay again.
