Beautiful home close to expressways for travel and amongst a neighbohood of tasty eateries. My college kids had fun finding a street that had all vintage thrift shopping too! Mahalo for a comfortable place to call home during our transition times of getting our kids into their dorm rooms; cool AC, open kitchen space for dining, backyard with grill and cozy beds for rest. Stellar space!

Greenview House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location: Near wildlife-filled mountain trails in one direction and yet walking distance to a grocery store, shopping mall, and downtown Burbank in the other. It’s a 10-minute drive to the Burbank airport which was very convenient since our family members were arriving and departing at different times. It was very clean, spacious, and well furnished. The beds were comfortable. We would rent this place again when we all meet to go to Dodgers games.

This was a lovely stay. Most importantly the beds were comfortable and clean! All of our needs were met while visiting our family. The host responds quickly.

If i could give it 10 stars if i could. As a previous Airbnb owner, I can definitely say that you have curated this property with care and thoughtfulness. It was perfect for our family, which included a 3 year old. The neighborhood was very peaceful, and helped me to kick off my walking (steps) journey while there. We would definitely recommend this property. And would definitely stay again on another visit to LA.

Great Place in Burbank

Everything was familiar and very clean!The kitchen is great for cooking and all the appliances work perfectly. This place is great for relaxing. The beds are very comfortable! Also, the location is great. Just blocks from markets, farmers market, shopping, and church! We definitely hope we can manage to stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The check-in process was seamless, as the host proactively sent clear instructions 4 days before our arrival. Inside, the house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed.A huge plus for us was the abundance of extra towels in the closets. Traveling with guests who prefer multiple towels can sometimes make asking the host feel like a nuisance, so having them readily available was nice. The check-out process was a total breeze with only a few minimal tasks required (turn on dishwasher, turn off lights/fans and AC), which was a refreshing change from rentals that expect you to almost fully clean before leaving.The property features a driveway for convenient parking instead of street parking, though the sprinklers left heavy hard water spots on vehicle (no fault of property). We also appreciated that the backyard (not fully gated) was convenient for our dog.Overall, a wonderful, stress-free stay. We would absolutely recommend this home!

The kitchen was very well equipped for our needs. We drove two coolers of food already prepared so we required very little, but what we did need was supplied.

Loved this stay. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shops. The home was clean and the host even left us a little snack to start our day. When we needed an extra day she allowed us to extend the contract. It was peaceful sleeping there every night. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone looking in the Burbank area.

Enjoyed our stay

Lots of nice space to gather, inside and out. The five of us slept comfortably and enjoyed the house and backyard.

Wonderful stay

The home was great. All the beds were quite comfy with plenty of pillows. Kitchen was well-outfitted.

Great Location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was an almost perfect location for us. Each day, we were able to go in a different direction, and it was all so easy...the Pantages, the Huntington Gardens, great places to explore and excellent restaurants. We didn't love the dogs next door (noisy) and the odd set up in the kitchen or having to go to the back patio through the master bedroom. However, the directions were great. It was very clean and the beds were very comfy.

Nice place

Nice clean house, only gripe was the king size bet was like sleeping on a concrete slab, other than that was a enjoyable stay.

Great place for WB and Universal!

Family of four, including 2 adult children visited Burbank to spend one day at WB Studio Tour and one day at Universal Studios. The house was perfect for us! Comfortable, clean, lots of towels, would stay here again.

The home was very nice and in a convenient location. A few things to note: We had trouble getting two bedroom TVs to work properly. Master bedroom tv got disconnected from internet and we could not get it reconnected. The bathroom drains need to be be cleaned. The sinks drain slowly. The outside windows are very dirty and need to be cleaned. There is a spot in master bedroom by the desk where the hard wood floor has a sharp edge sticking up that did cut my foot. I put a washcloth over it to not step on it again. Other than I few things we enjoyed the home and would recommend it.

Welcoming Stay

My family and I loved this home! It was 8 of us who stayed here very comfortably. Close to many places to eat and Burbank Mall. Great communication with property manager at all times. I would chose this property in the future.
