Check in was super easy, the place was an absolute joy to stay in, the beds were comfortable and the couch was like a cloud! Kitchen had all the necessities too! Host was amazing at communication and checking in/out! Loved our stay and hope to stay here again!

Great location and very nice apartment. It is just street parking and that can be challenging at times but didn't have to park too far away.

Property was clean. Host was responsive. We had a problem with a remote and he had a new one to us next day. Great location to airport and attractions. No on site parking a small inconvenience but plenty of street parking. We would definitely recommend it.

The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.

Place is nice. A little smaller of what seems to be on pictures. The only thing that I didn’t liked it’s that there’s no parking.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Host was great when I had trouble pulling up the check in video. Street parking was a little tricky, but the area was quiet and felt safe. Great location, close to food, WB Studio, and Universal Studios. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Place was spacious and cozy, location was perfect you have a Ralph's super convenient store 5 mins away, a good variety of local restaurants, parking is super easy as well along the road which made things smooth. Moziko did a great job answering whenever i needed assistance. Would highly recommend for anyone with a group of 3-5.

Great location! Everything is walking distance! Apartment was clean and in a quiet building. Highly Recomended! Host was easy to get a hold of when I needed directions.

Listing fails to mention condo is on the THIRD FLOOR and host wanted to argue ground/1st floor, although the building itself labeled the upper floors 2nd and 3rd.No elevator, so if you have accessibility issues, beware. Lesson learned.

Condo was clean, spacious, and in a quiet location. If you plan on driving be aware that there is no designated parking spot, only street parking. We had to park a block or two away but we had no problems walking in the area (even late at night). Would stay here again and would recommend.

We had an excellent stay. Moziko was reachable and friendly. Let us check in early after a long flight. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We loved the separate beds for the children. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. It was just great.

After booking the place, the host message me to inform me of a different address. I come to find out this place was in studio City which is 15 minutes away from Warner Brothers not Burbank. Other than that the video that was provided was very helpful showing me where to go. Also the host stayed up for my delayed late flight to make sure that I Check in the place. Due to a glitch, the address listed isn't correct. Also your responsible for taking out your own trash. Otherwise place was great.

Well cared for place right next to universal studios

The condo was very clean and nice and the proximity was perfect. Beds were a bit hard for our tastes but we all slept just fine after a long day. Owner was great and very responsive helping us navigate some noise issues with neighbors. Overall great stay and we had a good trip.

Great apartment in a convenient location

Great apartment - cute place, very clean. Easy 5 min walk to the Village Market for groceries or Hawaiian Hit Chicken, which was super yummy. Less than 15 minute drive to Warner Bros, Universal, and Disney Studios. Kitchen is small, but sufficient. Master bed was too hard for us, but others may be ok. Owner was very pleasant to deal with. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!
