The place was clean and great. Even though its in an older building, the remodel was great and felt new. We did learn there was not an AC there, which was too hot for the first night, but it did cool down for the next evening. The owner said they will be getting an AC unit in the future and that would be a game changer.We also had the hot water heater go out. Not really something you can plan for, they got it replaced quickly the next morning and we were good.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. No frills but had everything I needed. I went by myself and met a relative who attends the university, who also stayed with me. Perfect for the two of us. Would stay here again! Great location to yummy restaurants, good shopping, and Utah State!!

Only thing missing from the listing was a hair dryer that we would have used. A bit of an inconvenience but the place overall was perfect for what we needed.

Im sorry, I think the blow dryer Is underneath the bathroom sink, It Is new so its still in the bOx. I apologize for this.

We had a very nice day at this condo. It was clean. It was well equipped, and the beds were very very comfortable.Just a couple of suggestions. We had four people stay, and there were only three bath towels. The hand towel ring in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. It would be nice to have a bathmat when you got out of the shower. We had to use one of the three towels as a bathmat so we didn’t get the floral wet. Also, it would be nice to have an entry mat. We are a takeoff your shoes, kind of family, but there was nowhere for us to wipe our feet as we came inside with very wet feet from a recent snowstorm.

Hi thank you for your feedback! I will make sure we get those fixed! There is supposed to be 6 towels and there was a rug at one point?? Not sure what happened? I will communicate with my cleaner! Thank you so much!! Hope to host you again in the future!

When arriving at the property, there was construction happening at the building. The owner had not provided the unit number. Had to reach out to obtain it. There were no exterior pictures provided on the listing. Had there been, I would not have rented there. Did not end up staying there, as it did not feel safe. There also wasn’t any reference to having to use stairs to enter the property, which is a concern for an individual who has difficulty with stairs.

The place was clean, but a little beat up, i.e., the bathroom cabinet door was falling off the hinges. The bedroom door jam was damaged. The unit number was difficult to acquire, and I had to figure it out by finding the wifi password...The owner was responsive to the request, and it worked out.
