Guests enjoy a serene atmosphere with comfortable heating and cooling to keep the temperature just right. A clean, functional bathroom adds to the superb convenience of this rental. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this studio offers a peaceful retreat that feels like a home away from home. Located in a safe, picturesque 55+ community. Within walking distance to stores and restaurants Casita has a private outdoor sitting area or sit by the unheated pool and view Hillcrest golf course. The casita has Wi-Fi, 50” Smart TV, small refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave.

Yes, yes, yes. Our stay was better than any we have stayed. Great hosts and close to many things to do.

We had an enjoyable experience at this relaxing property. From the time we arrived until the time we departed, we felt very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly, the views from the property were great! If we return to the area this place will be at the top of our list!

The host was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed staying there. It was conveniently located to our friends and places in the area we wanted to go to. It had everything we needed.

Nice little casita at a house on the golf course with a pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Hosts Connie and Greg were very nice! Would definitely stay there again.

Connie and Greg are fantastic hosts! Communication and check in was a breeze, and the well equipped casita is an excellent option over any hotel room. In fact, we would never consider a hotel room over this casita when needing a place to stay in the Sun City West area. It was very clean and comfortable for our six night stay. Backyard pool area is really nice too. Area information on attractions, restaurants, etc. was available in the room as well. Thank you Connie and Greg!!! All the best to you!

The casita was lovely and the view of the golf course from the patio was why I chose the property. Most property in the area has cement walls. I would caution guests who are unsteady on their feet or need a device for walking that the path to the pool is loose stone. Also having no water in the kitchen area was a bit. inconvenient. But I would definitely stay there again

20 Years ago when SCW did an expansion we went and toured this area with my in laws and loved it. Very unique cared for homes.
