Carlos Pointe 235 is a beautifully renovated, brand-new-inside beachfront condo located at the peaceful south end of Fort Myers Beach, offering stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Big Carlos Pass.

From the screened-in balcony, guests can watch boats drift through the pass and spot dolphins, manatees, and coastal birds, with the mangrove-lined shores of Lovers Key just across the water.

The community features miles of sandy beach, a resort-style pool, BBQ grills, and great fishing opportunities.

Inside, the open-concept layout welcomes you with a fully updated kitchen featuring modern appliances and white quartz countertops, leading into a fun gaming nook with arcade games and board games.

The dining area seats four, and the spacious living room offers a large, comfortable couch perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

The primary bedroom includes its own TV, balcony access, Gulf views, and a modern en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and an adjacent updated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

While Fort Myers Beach continues to rebuild, significant progress has been made, including the brand-new Big Carlos Pass Bridge and the reopening of restaurants and shops at Santini Plaza, all just minutes from this exceptional coastal retreat.

Island times are back again! You will find food trucks, restaurants and bars opened, live music, fresh "pink gold" shrimp, and all the natural splendor this tropical island paradise has to offer, including our world famous sunsets.

Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Now open Santini Marina Plaza, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Waterway and mangrove back bays! The island's major supermarket, Publix, is open, as is Snook Bite Marina with its two lively restaurants on the Bay.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the island as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds newer and stronger after Hurricane Ian. We have been hard at work to make the island beautiful again. The southern bridge at Big Carlos Pass is now open to cars and bicycles for easy travel access off island to Bonita Springs and Naples, but construction continues until May 2026 as they remove the old bridge. Despite our recovery mode, we are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy our beautifully restored, white sandy beaches and emerald, green Gulf waters. Your vacation home has been renovated and inspected prior to your arrival.
