The space is designed as a private kitchenette rather than a full kitchen. It includes a 2-burner cooktop and a countertop convection oven, which is ideal for light cooking, simple meals, and reheating. Many guests find it very comfortable for short or long stays.

Is the walkway to the unit well lit at night?
Yes—the path to the guest entrance is fully lit for easy and safe nighttime arrival. It’s also private and clearly marked.

Is parking easy and close?

Had a great stay here. The place was very clean and comfortable, with really nice, new furniture. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable for working remotely. The hosts were quick to respond whenever I had a question, but also gave me plenty of privacy, which I really appreciated. It’s in a quiet part of Palm Coast, but still super convenient—only about 15 minutes to the beach and to Publix. I’d definitely stay here again.

Maureen the host communicated super well and quickly. The check in was flawless and simple and the property shows how very much she cares about her guests. The pictures were perfect, the descriptions were 100% accurate, and the appointments were perfect for our two week stay. I was able to work full time during the day from "home" and then we were able to accomplish so many of the things we wanted to do because of how conveniently located this guest house is. We could not have picked a better "base of operations" for our stay which was a combination of business and pleasure. This is one of the finest VRBO rentals we have stayed at and if we had not bought a home locally during our stay we would look to stay at this property for every future visit.

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to I-95. Well appointed for two people. Our only complaint is the sofa in the main room. It’s very hard and not great for lounging or tv watching. No big deal if you’re not spending much time there.
