Riverwalk is a newer community, and some neighboring homes may still be under construction during your visit. Any work is limited to daytime weekday hours and does not impact your experience inside the home or during evenings and weekends.

Winter Park Short-Term Rental Registration No. 030082
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of overnight guests is 16. Please do not exceed this limit.

Primary Renter Age: The primary renter must be 25 years or older.

Pets: No pets are allowed on the property.

Children: Children of all ages are allowed.

Smoking/Vaping: Smoking and/or vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property.

Parking: Only 4 vehicles are permitted onsite as per County regulations. Any additional vehicles must park off-site.

Furniture Movement: No furniture can be moved. A $500 charge will be applied for any furniture moved for any reason.
