A very nice cabin. My grandchildren loved sleeping in the "playhouse". The location was perfect. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions and requests.

Would stay here again

Really nice cabin with a nice mountain view. Very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the small cabin playhouse to sleep in. Overall a good place to stay.

Family New Year

We had a wonderful trip! All of the adults had a comfy king bed with an en suite bathroom. The kids loved their cozy loft cabin.

Perfect for our family

This property was perfect for our extended family trip. The teens had a great basement hangout for movie nights and gaming, the littles loved the kid cabin which is right next to the main suite, and the grandparents had a suite of their own too. Close enough to the Parkway for convenience but still with a mountain feel. We would stay again!

Anniversary Rental

Rented this cabin for my parents 50th anniversary. We had my whole family in the cabin and we were very comfortable. Great cabin with great amenities. Our time spent here was wonderful and we are already planning our next stay. Would recommend this cabin to anyone.

Loved it!!

This was a great place to stay for our 1st trip to Tennessee. My grandkids absolutely loved the little cabin inside!! And the rest of the family loved having our own bedrooms. What I liked most was there was no one on either side of us so the peacefulness was great!

Spacious Cabin in a Great Quiet Location

Four adults and two kids, ages 6 and 3, stayed for a long weekend. The cabin had more than enough space for us, and the kids loved the mini cabin inside. The location was quiet but a close drive to lots of activities. We enjoyed the nearby brewery (Iron Forge I think). We would stay here again.

We will be coming back

We had a great time. The kids loved the house. The property was beautiful, clean, and comfortable for all of us. Location was perfect distance to all the fun things. Communication with property management was always easy.

Family Trip

Stayed here 4 nights with a family group of 6 adults and 3 children. Very pleased with this cabin. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. The “kids cabin” was a big hit along with the pool table and hot tub. Easy drive into town and to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and zip lining sites. Reservation included access to indoor/outdoor pool and a free ticket to several activities. Would definitely stay here again.

Best Cabin Ever

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures do not do this place justice. A truly amazing location and place. I just also very pleased with the discounts Eden Crest provided to us.

Perfect

The property was as listed and everything was great. We were planning on cooking a lot for Thanksgiving and there were plenty of pots, pans and everything we needed. We all said this was the nicest cabin we have rented in the area and will always try to lock this property down every year.

Roomy Cabin in Great Location

The only negative comment is the shower curtain in the 1st floor bathrom was black at the bottom. Our grandson's...age 12,8 and 3 loved the playhouse! The 12 year old said that was the best cabin we had ever had snd we have had many! The access to the cabin was easy and a great location. We love the Wears Valley area. We had plenty of room for our family of 11.

Beautiful home, great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home offered ample space for all of us and was located close to pigeon forge in a community with a pool and mini golf. House was clean and offered an arcade machine , pool table, Sauna (which we could not figure out how to power it up) ,hot tub, 2 dens, and a beautiful master BR and Bath. We've stayed at a house high up on a mountain before, beautiful views but treacherous and steep roads and frequent visits by bears. This house was an easy drive. Highly recommend.

Amazing cabin!

This cabin was perfect for our family vacation of 8! Our two kids absolutely loved the kids cabin upstairs! The string lights were a cute touch! We appreciated having the box fan for the kids cabin since it can get a little warm during the summer days. This cabin was exactly as described & everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs pool table was also a huge hit! The checkin and out process was a breeze. The owner was quick to answer my question prior to our arrival. This was a perfect place to stay for our first trip to the Pigeon Forge area!

Shower

According to the discription and the pictures it appeared there was a walk in shower on the main floor however there was not it was a tub shower combo. The bathroom was very small. I have to use a walker because of mobility issues and the bathroom and shower was very difficult for me to use.. Overall the cabin was very nice! The tvs would not work at the same time. This was the only other problem! We all enjoyed our time together! Thank you

Memorable Family Time!!!

Property description was very accurate but the pictures don't justify the full beauty of this cabin. It was clean and there was so much room for our group of six adults and four kids to spread out. Our grand kids loved the little cabin!! We only had two suggestions - 1) update the bed linen & towels and 2) better nonstick pans in kitchens. But this did not take away from the wonderful time we had!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very clean. However, the pictures were not as we found it. The view in the picture looked amazing but there was no view except for another cabin. I asked if it was secluded and was told yes but many cabins all around and a bit noisy. Not enough kitchen utensils. Has a great grill and rockers. We could have used some throws on the sofas. Very hard to play pool as not enough room to get around pool table. These surveys are very important to us as they allow us to discover what areas we excel at but also what areas need attention. We do apologize for the disappointment you experienced while staying with us. We do apologize any miscommunication over where the cabin is located. As you may or may not know each of our cabins are privately owned and we have several throughout Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. With each of the cabins being privately owned it can be a unique experience in each of them. We would be happy to help you find a cabin more to your liking for the next stay. We hope that you will accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your willingness to visit us again. We look forward to seeing you in the near the future.
