Everything was clean and the host communicated well. The air conditioning was awesome. There were several restaurants in the area for breakfast and for dinner. We found a great barbecue place called Panther BBQ. The stockyards were a short drive away. We enjoyed our time and we’ll probably stay here again.

Coffee bar! Perfect home to share a fun reunion weekend with TCU alumni. The coffee K cup selection was amazing and greatly appreciated after late nights of catching up. The location to TCU campus can't be beat. Go Frogs!

Cozy and Clean Fort Worth Stay

Mrs Clean owns this house! The house is spotless, the coffee bar is amazing, the host truly thought of everything to make this stay accommodating. The driveway is narrow but they have plenty of parking on the street. The AC was will freeze your tail off and we like it that way!. Ohhh the Mexican restaurant (La Playa Maya) around the corner is delicious! Would recommend this stay to anyone.Great communication with the host.

Travis Street stay

Overall a nice stay for the weekend to see Alan Jackson at Dickies Arena. The kitchen was amazing, as well as the assortment of coffees and accessories, and complimentary wine and snacks. The driveway is sloped and passengers cannot exit their doors unless you have a small car, not an SUV. Must exit on the slope, then park vehicle. Neighborhood Walmart was very convenient. Kim was always available for help and questions.

Very disappointing experience.

Thia property should have a warning label.WARNING. POSSIBLE HAZARDS CONDITIONS. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.After I checked in I discovered the gas heat did not work and the gas oven and stovetop did not work. I reported the problem to the host and was told that the problem could not be reported until the following day. The following day, after I asked for status, I was told the problem could not be addressed by the gas company until two days later. At that point I had safety concerns since my grandchildren were due to check in. Later, after we departed, I learned that a safety switch had tripped. I don't know if this was a carbon monoxide situation.After departing I requested a full refund, but the host denied this request because of the No Cancellation Policy. Apparently, No Cancellation means No Refund even if the oven/stovetop and heat are not working!Additionally, VRBO''s 'Book With Confidence Guarantee' is NOT a guarantee at all. It is merely access to Customer Support which is delivered by a call center in a foreign country. All of the foregoing is documented in writing on the VRBO website except for certain telephone calls from the host which are not in accordance with VRBO policy.It is unfortunate all this happened. And I feel that the desperately inhospitable host has not served the owner well.,

Good Evening William, I'm so sorry you did not have a 5 STAR experience at our home. While our guest safety is our priority you and I both know we offered you a stay out our identical guest house for you and your wife the first 2 nights and you declined and stayed at the current property which is odd if there was a so called gas and electric issue. Also upon a licensed technician coming out we found that the emergency safety switch had been flipped off which could of only been done by you or your guest inside the home, you and your wife still decided to not stay after the tech had given the clear the home was infect very safe and in working order. We do wish you well on your next adventure but please on your next stay take into account the property managers and owners can see all messages so tracking down pretty much stalking the owners (not manager) place of employment and leaving a message with his supervisor about this issue when his employer has absolutely nothing to do with the rental is giving off a very entitled perception of you and your guest and more than likely will be frowned upon on your next rental, Safe Travels nd we wish well.
