Our family of six, including teenagers, had such a wonderful time at this home. The home felt both luxurious and comfortable and had great space for a large family. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the golf course and ocean and spent lots of time in the large pool. This is the perfect home to experience Kauai from!

Great location, beautiful home that slept 6 adults comfortably. Loved the heated pool, view was gorgeous and house had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook with.

Property and grounds were stunning. House and yard pristine Owner attentive and friendly. Great location. Loved that some of the cookware was stainless as I don’t like cooking on treated surfaces. Mostly quiet neighborhood appreciated.

Aloha, It was Amazing! We Wish we could move in there. This was our 3rd time to Kauai and this was the best place we have stayed at. Hopefully we can come again soon. So clean, Amazing views to wake up to! The backyard/pool is Paradise! The air conditioning in the bedrooms helped us Texans be comfortable to sleep. The beds and linens were so comfortable. The host John was just a text away. The house is very well equipped, kitchen wise, iron/ ironing board, blow dryer, washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, pool noodles. Everything! Beautiful home and location!

We had a great stay! The pool, amenities and home were perfect. We loved the view and having the wind blow through the house. It was a great stay and we'd highly recommend this house for a rental!

John was a great host emailing us about local restaurants, things to do, and how to utilize everything in the house. His home was filled with every necessity. The house itself is just beautiful and was decorated with skill. The outside is so luxurious and relaxing; we enjoyed every moment there. Thank you so much for a great trip John!

Top Notch

Best maintained and updated property I have stayed at on the Island. Very clean, updated property not right on the golf path provides privacy. Pool was very comfortable would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic home in great location

We loved staying in this beautiful home near Poipu beach. Our host John F was friendly and responsive to questions and requests. Our vacation was extraordinary thanks to this marvelous home and host.

Kauai Vacation Home

My family and I could not have asked for a better vacation home. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. We especially enjoyed the pool. The host was extremely helpful with tips about our stay in Kauai. I would strongly recommend staying at this property.

Loved this beautiful house. Great neighborhood. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Everything was so wonderful renting this house. We had 3 couples staying and it was the perfect size. Updated and immaculate. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely go back.

Loved our stay!

Everything about this property was wonderful! We loved the garden and pool, and easy access to the beach. The house was beautiful and meticulously maintained, and worked out perfectly for our 11 month infant. John was an excellent host, providing much helpful information to enhance our stay. I highly recommend this house!!

Outstanding Experience

Truly a quality property in a fantastic setting. Everything is incredibly well maintained at the home, and each detail has been carefully considered by the owner. Our family has rented many quality houses in different locations over the years and this is one of the best, I would recommend it to anyone.

Week in Paradise

This home was absolute paradise! It was beautiful, comfortable, and the owners thought of everything! We enjoyed the spacious and stunning indoor decor and the outside was just as beautiful! We stayed with my adult children and we all had room to spread out as needed or come together in the various spots around this home. What an amazing week we had and this beautiful location was one of the main reasons. Definitely recommend and definitely would come back!

Quiet and convenient location

This place is a gem, close to everything and not far from the beach. The house is beautiful and comfortable, and the owners have anticipated all your needs- including beach towels, boogie boards, pool wants, beach chairs etc. The kitchen is well appointed. The location is quiet, pool is amazing and bigger than we had expected. We had a amazing family vacation here and the host always responded very quickly and friendly.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family of 4 had a wonderful vacation stay at John's home! Our kids loved the big pool especially at sunset as we watched the sun go down over the golf course. The home was very comfortable, and we loved the decor and layout. Most of our time was spent on the backyard patio swimming and eating our meals at sundown. We vacation in Hawaii every year and this one of the best vacation homes we have every stayed in. Our experience was a 10 out of 10! Thank you!

Beautiful home, enjoyed our stay.

I cannot say enough about this property and John's careful attention to detail. It was exactly as described and more. John also contacted me promptly upon arrival and several times thereafter making sure that we had everything we needed. I would book this property again without hestitation.

Wonderful!

Such an amazing property. Beautiful, comfortable, and great location. John and Lea were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything needed. Beach chairs, umbrella and towels were great. The pool is lovely and the tropical landscaping makes you feel you are in a secluded escape. We hope to visit again!

Perfect Home and Location for our Group of Three Couples

We had three adult couples and the home was perfect for us. All three couples had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was perfect and the location on the golf course was very relaxing. John was very attentive and we loved his recommendations. We didn't have any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Paradise in Poipu

My family and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! From our initial booking to checkout, everything was perfect. The home is absolutely beautiful and well furnished. The hosts truly have thought of everything and made this place feel like a home away from home. Our family liked the peaceful location of Thais rental and thoroughly loved the pool. We appreciated the recommendations for activities, shopping, and restaurants. They were all spot on. This was one of the best vacations we have had in years! Thank you to John for everything,

Never wanted to leave

The property was perfect. Truly. The indoor space was laid out so well that there was plenty of space to spread out and view the beautiful outdoors. The house is stocked with everything you didn’t even know you’d want: kitchen had every appliance and cooking was a pleasure with so much space. The outdoor space was the icing. We ate every meal at the gorgeous outdoor table, and alternated between the lounge chairs and pool all day long. The backyard is private yet open with a beautiful view. Communication with John was seamless and he was responsive to all my questions. The only downside was I was unmotivated to explore because I didn’t want to leave the house! Would definitely stay there again if I can again get to Kauai.

Amazing home!

This home is absolutely amazing! It was everything we expected (from the description and photos), and more. The manicured landscaping and lagoon-like pool are gorgeous. The yard is large and quite private with a view across the golf course all the way to the ocean. The home is light, spacious, decorated tastefully with wonderful Hawaiian art everywhere, and has a kitchen with everything you could possibly need to make a gourmet dinner or just a simple breakfast. We found the king beds in the upstairs en-suite bedrooms very comfortable, and we slept well. We did not use the downstairs queen bed. There are fans everywhere and the afternoon breeze kept the home a comfortable temperature. There is AC if you need it. We were there in early January and had perfect weather! John is a very nice, responsive host and he got back to us quickly when we texted him about anything. You won’t be sorry if you rent this beautiful home. I hope we can go back one day.
