Our team takes great pride in maintaining our homes and conducts inspections prior to each arrival. When concerns are brought to our attention, we make every effort to address them as quickly as possible, as we did during your stay. While most of the items were resolved promptly, the closet door required a replacement part that was not available during your stay. We appreciate the opportunity to have hosted your family and hope that, despite these inconveniences, you were able to enjoy your time together on Kauai.
