An additional non-refundable pet fee is collected after booking. Any damage caused by pets will incur a minimum fee of $350.


INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


All credit card payments will incur a non-refundable 3.5% convenience fee. E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (provided they are submitted at least 30 days prior to check-in).

Lovely vacation home! The neighborhood was great with everyone being very friendly. Having so many pools to choose from was great. The beds were comfortable and the remodeled kitchen was very nice. The dogs loved the little back yard area. The home was a short walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We will be returning!

The place was very clean! Updated kitchen is quite nice. The master bed was comfortable but overhead fan is very noisy. The unit is old and the exterior and windows (very dirty on the outside) could definitely be updated. We ended up not bringing our dog but the tiny patch of dirt in the back is not suitable. Over all we would likely not rent there again. The price does not match the quality.
