The Beach and Pools (choice of 3 at Sunbird) are just steps from the elevator. You can make everything from a simple snack to a gourmet meal in your modern updated kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Not in the mood to cook? Convenient food and drinks are available next door (Pineapple Willy's) or a short drive/walk outside of the gated complex. Sunbird is a family friendly and secure, gated community with 24/7/365 security for your peace of mind.

Note: Sunbird sustained damage during Hurricane Isaias in October 2026. Repairs to the property are ongoing and are expected to be completed by Spring 2027. The center pool is closed for safety and you may hear construction noise on weekdays. Otherwise, your vacation won't be affected by the repairs. Thanks for your patience as Sunbird makes the necessary repairs.

Registration (Parking & Armbands) is paid separately via the Park N Spot App. Parking is limited to one space per condo. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice. Registration averages around $60 per stay.

There's a sleeper sofa, a recliner and a tub chair for plenty of seating for everyone in your group. Wide screen TVs in the great room and the bedroom with DirecTV Streaming at no extra charge. Wi-Fi is free, too.

The beautiful updated bathroom has a combination tub/shower and separated vanity area with granite tops and plenty of fluffy towels!

Sunbird is a gated community with three pools, sunning decks, tennis court, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, on-site fitness center and charcoal barbecue grills for poolside cook-outs. Just walk next door to World Famous Pineapple Willy's for barbecue ribs or seafood, and enjoy a delightful sunset dinner from his pier or make it a lunchtime treat!
